Cheap hotel feeling. Sofa bed hardly fits in the room. Sofa bed had very small blanket.Breakfast not enough seats available. Floor in breakfast area was sticky.

Close to the train station but the surrounding area connected to hotel was run down filthy and if you look at the side windows there is homeless camping out and rubbish everywhere I’d worry about rats

Out door was broken we went out for the day shut the door come back after a long day and are door was open I’m assuming house keeping left it open they went someone to fix it but it didn’t work still wouldn’t shut properly the pull out bed made a racket and keep my daughter up all night she said it was very uncomfortable she ended up sleeping on the floor for 4 nights

Breakfast was busy

The hotel met our needs and expectations. There were a few things we needed help with. We could easily get a new room and even thou the problem seemed to sustain that day (we checked in on sunday) the staff members did everything to help us. The day after it was sorted out by the maintenance team and front office manager himself!Every time we reached out to staff, from breakfast to front office and even the cleaning staff, we were met with politiness and huge serviceminded attitude.Especially the breakfast girls! They were the stars of our day! Thank you!And no train sounds were bothering us! There are double windows at the rooms!

Breakfast was good for our kids with pastries, yoghurt, etc. But we, adults, lacked more toppings/cheese options. But that's purely our own preference for breakfast. Kids loved it. And coffee was good. :) And the breakfast staff did an amazing job!

Fab location for station and Warner bros shuttle bus. Clean and comfortable rooms.Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.Great breakfast.Would definitely recommend!

Nothing negative to say at all

Short walk from train station. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable. Not much light in the room.

It was clean and efficient. Close to WB Harry Potter studio (12mins in the car). Very close to the city centre so we could walk in for an evening meal. Room was immaculate on arrival and beds were very comfortable. Didn’t hear anything outside the room. Lots of parking round the back. Breakfast was lovely and there were a lot of staff around when we had questions. Victoria in particular was very helpful.

Great location. Clean, comfortable, good flexible public spaces.

Fantastic service, rooms had lots of space and very comfortable. Close to Watford Juction train and bus station for easy commute. Short walk to town which was nice. You're doing a fantastic job, keep up the amazing work that you do.

Great Customer service and location, close to Watford Junction. Food was also ok, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommending for those visiting Watford or Warner Bross Studio.

Property has great potential but not delivered (change pic is not representative). Staff very kind and professional, room spacious and decor was standard. I would certainly go back

The space and the fact that u are out of close to one of the biggest city in the world but really feels y are in the middle of nowhere still great surroundings

Breakfast was good. Wide selection of fresh foods. Buffet was replenished throughout service and plenty of fresh fruit available.Room was very clean.

Room not suitable for more than 2 people. The sofa bed that was used was extremely uncomfortable and really not suitable for anybody older than a toddler.

Parking was convenient and the breakfast was satisfactory but its the staff that exceeded many experiences! They were excellent! Very kind and very helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable, meaningful and memorable experience for my wife’s 50th birthday! The manager Saeid together with Hossein, one of the staff, were very warm, pleasant and considerate. They ensured we got an early check-in but going out of their way to accommodate our situation.

Breakfast always fantastic in HI Express, room and bed super comfy - best sleep in a while! Check in took longer than expected though.

The business asked for a security deposit paid by card, but they wanted to take details manually... this really perturbed me that payment details were manually taken and that I couldn't use my apple wallet/contactless on my phone. I had to get my partner to send me a picture of my card and the details were typed into the computer system?!
