Towers Hotel & Spa

Our weekend stay here was faultless! The hotel was spotless, food was very good and the staff were great. Thankyou Towers !

Nice staff, very attentive, I liked that it had swimming pool and sauna , but fir the rest quite average hotel

Steam room was out of order, food was not tasty at all, and the facilities are quite old! The heating system was very noisy !

Breakfast was exceptional.Great value staff kept the morning flowing really well.Food hot and very tasty. No short cuts hereThe bed was huge and very comfortable. Large room lovely to have a soak in the bath very hot water.Room lovely and warm air con also worked well.

The steam room didn't work and we couldn't start the jacuzzi.

Evening meal was great value for money and the steak was cooked to perfection

Breakfast was great but Saute potatoes didnt work on a breakfast for me and would have preferred hash browns.

Firstly location, the facilities were excellent. We stayed in the annex which is ideal for the swimming pool. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed. Will be booking again.

Nothing to dislike

Pool was great, beds were comfy...

The bathroom sink wasn't great, I took the plug out because it wasn't draining and it was very dirty, with hair and mould. The overflow was also manky...The toilet had been repaired instead of replaced.The lock knobs on the door had been glued, again instead being replaced. Evening meal also wasn't worth the money....

Spa was a bit busy at 5pm Room smelt like someone been smoking in there Food in restaurant was exceptional value for money though and good selection

The place is nice, staff are friendly. Its slightly dated but but it does the job.

The food served is the worst ive ever eaten.

The spa area is lovely and the breakfast was 10 out of 10.

The rooms are over priced We had a superior double room 144 with breakfast and the carpet was wet by window due to damp, which made the room smell a bit damp. Furniture was worn needs updating.

Friendly staff, great food, easy to find, free parking

Overall the hotel very good value for money . Sunday lunch excellent no complaints there. Leisure area excellent staff very helpful and massage brilliant We are visiting again on the 6th February ❤️

The bed has room 36 has seen better days

Pool and spa area good.Would be useful to know it is in separate building in order to take correct shoes and clothes to walk there plus coin for locker. All staff very friendly. Visit for evening function which was good, bar staff, buffet etc. Breakfast fine. Room and bathroom fine.

Minor point that I only found out at midnight when trying to watch TV. TV remote battery not working and I didn't want to call reception as so late. Therefore no TV or radio pre-breakfast. Minor point and reception said they would have come at midnight and were pleased I reported it.

Comfy rooms, nice hotel, staff were great.

Wifi was pretty bad, it would cut out every 10minutes or so and you would have to re-login, not good for doing work at all.

The steam room wasn’t very hot, only one side of the room seemed to get up to temperature

The hotel and spa was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. The evening and breakfast cannot fault was very well cooked and good quality

The room we stay in was clean but needed update apart from that can’t fault

It was easy to find and park. The meals were good. We really enjoyed the facilities- we used the spa and exercise room.

We were not advised children were unable to acsess the facilities after 10am , i read the terms and conditions on arrival which advised we were able to acsess facilities between 3pm & 11pm. It was only when i read the small print at the back of the terms and conditions i could see times differed for children .

Spacious room, we was above the spa and had a lovely view of the tower. Toiletries was a lovely touch and fluffy towels. Spa facilities was lovely, I used them early morning and was the only person in the spa at this time.

Bed was slightly hard for our liking, everyone has a preference. Staff at breakfast time was rude and not welcoming and didn’t explain or ask if we wanted toast. When we asked where do we get the toast from we were told “if you asked for it, it will be brought to you”Long wait to be served for the hot breakfast and the waiter wasn’t very pleasant.
