The menu. The food quality was poor and expensive.

fabulous room and amazing breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful.

The electric chargers required an app which as an international traveller i couldn?t download, which meant i had to find another charger before dropping the car at Heathrow.

The breakfast!

The hotel was clean and convenient. Although it was close to a main road the room was very quiet. Free wifi was appreciated. Parking was included and was just around the back of the hotel. There was a good selection for breakfast.

The description said there was a restaurant but when we arrived there was no restaurant service available in the evening which was a disappointment as we had hoped to get something to eat.

My room was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable. The self serve breakfasts were delicious.

My room was spacious with a King bed and a mini kitchen. I was able to make drinks and keep food in the fridge. The self serve breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Fabulous bed and pillows! Black out drapes! Quality towels. Big TV. Nice breakfast.

It was clean and well located.

We were disturbed three times in the night by staff coming in the room and calling. This was due to a room mix up but coming in to enquire about the room at 1.30am plus a follow up phone call meant we did get any sleep. It was the night before my partners birthday and really took the shine off the day. We were not offered a refund.

Hotel lovely and clean/new, food perfectly good, service at breakfast also very pleasant. An easy experience, convenient location, and comfortable accommodation.

The only thing that stopped me from rating this hotel higher was the person who checked us in. Not that interested in us it would seem, and he was chatting with a colleague about having 'checked in the wrong person' earlier. Also, he was texting throughout our short check-in interaction, such that I had to wait for him to finish on his phone but he realised I was asking him a question. This needs sorting, and it will then be a highly recommendable hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel many times, friendly staff large clean beds.

Only thing I could complain about is the pillows were far to soft, that is just my personal choice.

Very clean, lovely big room, big shower room, plenty of choice for breakfast and pleasant friendly staff.

I didn’t like the fact that the windows couldn’t be opened at all, the air con ineffective resulting in a stuffy night and very little sleep.Not happy that the car park cost £4 for one night.
