- Quality of decor, position, service and staff.
- We booked it quite late for us the hotel room was very well equipped and the amenities were to a high standard too.Very helpful staff due to roadworks on our way to drop our bags and check in before heading to the theatre we couldn't get there. We rang and let them know we would be checking in very late. They gave us check in instructions in case thus happened. They phoned to see if we were going to make it before reception closed and we did 15 mins obscure phew!Very helpful at the desk. Our room was great and so welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was self serve fruit and cereals orders taken for the hot.A good choice to choose from.A rose on the table for Valentines day.On checking out we were informed we could leave our car while we walked up the Malvern hills. We were lucky asit was a crisp bright day after our walk on returning to the hotel it was bustling with visitors inside and out .We chose to have our lunch here too.Again a good choice of options .Highly recommend a stay here
- Brilliant location, nice friendly staff. Room was a very good size with a comfortable bed
Cons -
- Shower could better in rm 304
- Room was cold inside when we arrived in the evening. No radiator on and so hadn’t been checked before we got there. Took a long while to warm up. Staff were helpful but as it’s Feb I think that’s something that should be checked before guests arrive.
- There could have been more parking given the size of the hotel.

Great location straight out of the door and on to the hills. Lovely breakfast and we enjoyed a pleasant evening in the bar.
There could have been more parking given the size of the hotel.
The hotel looks so stunning and I'm sure in the summer it would look far better than what we got which was severe fog like from the movie (the Mist). The service was welcoming and supportive and when we got our room, which was family suite room. We was shocked how fantastic it was for only £180 for 3 adults, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely visit again if in the area.
It's not really the best for getting in to town if not driving but taxis are not too bad priced.
Clean room , lovely shower, good breakfast , friendly staff
Size of room, friendly staff
Sunday roast was not up to standard--beef tough, cabbage cold, plates cold
Great location ideal for walking in the Malvern Hills. Lovely food and service. Very comfortable room.
Just one night as we wanted to walk British Camp. Room was excellent, very comfortable with superb bathroom. Food and drink was very good, local beers and excellent steaks.
As a resident the latest you can take breakfast is 9.00 (even though checkout is a generous 11.00) but as a non resident breakfast is served until 11.30. Seems a bit odd
Friendly staff, good quality food, pleasant bar area, great access to the hills.
Comfortable room. Very good choice of food and drink in the bar. Relaxing atmosphere. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent position.
Location and comfort. Staff lovely . Local walks. Particularly impressed with Louise on breakfast duty!
The sausages! Room needed the extra heater which was provided. Water heater and shower pressure a bit dodgy!
Staff great, really cared about your stay and took an interest in you.
Rooms a little dated but perfectly clean and comfortable
Worth paying for a larger room. Helpful staff. Good food.
Lovely cosy stay. Staff are great and we got a warm welcome. Food is good too.
Nothing really. Plain yogurt with breakfast would be good and I don’t like smoked bacon but they are just personal preferences.
Beautiful hotel, very high standard of rooms and cleanliness. Food was fantastic. all the staff were helpful and warm, we were very impressed with the customer service. A stunning location.
Excellent room and facilities and breakfast
The staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely. warm and cosy on a snowy day with a great view. Food was good . Overall the hotel has a great atmosphere.
Lovely welcome. Great location
