The Elms Hotel & Spa

An exceptional and relaxing stay in a truly beautiful setting. The Coach House Deluxe Suites offered privacy, comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere that made the stay feel very special. The spa was warm, calming, and impeccably maintained. The entire hotel has a refined, elegant charm and a wonderfully tranquil ambience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing escape.

Food was delicious. Staff were wonderful.

Was a little shocked to be charged so much for water at dinner but not a problem.

The property was absolutely stunning, decorated for Christmas and the vibes of were immaculate. Staff were friendly and polite, will definitely stay again.

The hotel was extremely festive, decorated for the holidays. The fires were lit in the lounge and bar, making for lovely spaces in which to have tea and drinks. The food in the restaurant and bar was very good. The spa was luxurious, and the services were done well. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful in all respects. The bathrooms were well-appointed. The housekeeping team made sure that we had plentiful towels, toiletries and coffee/tea supplies. We ran out in a rush one day of our stay leaving a terrible mess, and were pleasantly surprised to return to a cleaned and orderly room.

It would be nice to have information available regarding nearby rental car services and transportation to and from the Manchester airport.

When we went the pool was cold in the spa so wasn’t happy with that except from that it was a perfect stay

We have stayed numerous occasions. Amazing hotel, great staff, beautiful rooms, relaxing quiet spa, amazing food and cocktails.

Homely and warm, good location

The rooms were not very soundproofed, I could hear next door snoring which made us felt not very private

Rainforest steam room was a little underwhelming, food wasn’t reflective of the price - and near the end of our meal the entire staff in the building disappeared for 20 minutes leaving us waiting to pay the bill

Room was okay a little dark.

The food was awful, I ordered sirloin steak was served a rib eye, which came our black. When I said to a waitress that this wasn't a sirloin she returned it to the kitchen, only to come back with it saying "yes its sirloin" this also happened to my daughter so neither of us eat that evening! the mash was like eating a bowl of salt!

Location and intimate building

Fake plants in pool. Dinner was good food but very small portions for the price. Limited food options.

Food was amazing. Room was very comfortable and clean, lots of nice touches. Grounds kept well. Spa was beautiful. Staff all very friendly and professional. Lots of free drink choices and fruit in the spa area

If I had to be picky, better lighting in the bedroom.... But can't think of anything!

Wonderful spa facilities. Spa staff superb- friendly, professional, efficient.

Reception staff lacking basic customer service skills (blamed wrong room facilities on Booking.com, didn't greet in morning). Set a bad tone.Restaurant food very average-tasting. Quantities tiny.The whole place feels like it's aspiring to be something it really isn't. Social media shows great photos, but quality isn't there.

The room was small, no air conditioning and the bed a small double. The facilities small when busy

The hotel is spacious with large bedrooms and plenty of outdoor areas for our son to enjoy. The spa facilities are also beautiful
