Friendly, well positioned between Greater Malvern and Wor ester, clean and well equipped with a lovely breakfast

Breakfast was lovely fresh coffee and toast and a great fry up set us up for the day ahead great location for the marlven show will be defo back next year

The Hotel was in a convenient location and easy to find. The room was a good size and had French doors onto a little garden weather permitting. Everything was spotlessly clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. There was cereal and fruit juice on offer and a really nice cooked breakfast.

The mattress was too soft but this is a personal preference.

Lovely home with a clean, tidy, quiet room. Such personable hosts. And the breakfast was wonderful!

Comfy and clean with all the facilities we needed for a 1 night stay.

The main road was quite noisy

The room was perfect with bed with side lights & plugs and recharge ports, dressing table with mirror and chair. Kettle and choice of teas, coffee, hot chocolate & milk. there are two chairs and coffee table to sit. this room had a french door with patio to sit outside which would be beautiful in the good weather . water and glasses provided clean tidy bathroom on suite. free wifi and adjustable central heating & Fan provided.Cooked Breakfast was perfect plus cereal fresh fruit and yogurt. PLUS Service with a smile.Thanks so much can't wait to come back!!

Just gentle background music in the breakfast room it felt too quiet! being used to hussle bussle its more a personal thing.....but still 10/10

Relaxed, informal, extremely clean, and good value.

A little old fashioned, but to some extent that was part of its charm.

Location. Just off the main road into Malvern. Room was large and comfortable

Lovely spacious room that was spotless and had everything we needed. A very nice breakfast. Plenty of parking space. The price was very good too. We will hopefully stay there in the future.

I stayed with my 97 year old Mother so the room on the ground floor was ideal. Breakfast was good and staff very nice.

Room was a bit noisy from what sounded like a shower running or toilet flushing.

The room was good with a very big bathroom. Everything you needed and was on the ground floor at the front of the property.

The noise from the main road. Also the noise from the water boiler going on and off when your trying to sleep.

Cooked breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Loads of tea and coffee in the room and we liked the honesty bar. Would definitely stay again.

It is on a busy road that never seems to stop, but the double glazing was good at keeping noise to a minimum.

The room and ensuite were immaculate.Very good location, easily accessible to city centre and the venue we were going to.My partner is a light sleeper and although our room was facing the road we couldn't hear the cars. Also the mattress was really comfortable - we had the best sleep. The English breakfast was delicious every morning we had it - top class consistency.

Everything was clean and comfortable, it was quiet and convenient, the chairs in the room by the patio door provided a comfortable place to sit and relax.

The property exterior was tired looking and needed some redecoration and lighting outside. When I arrived, I wasn't sure I had the right property because it looked closed and unloved, totally in contrast to the inside.
