    Pros +

    • Nice clean and tidy room .
    • Right by the river as its name would imply , the bridge Inn is in the centre of Tenbury and is just on the border between Herefordshire and Shropshire. This makes it well placed to explore the local countryside or simply enjoy the town. The rooms were recently refurbished to a high standard . Ours was not large but perfectly roomy enough with tea and coffee making facilities, a comfy bed, ample clothes storage bedside lamps a Decent TV. The breakfasts included fuĺl English, were very good and included in the price..
    • The location to shops, venue and walks was great. The property situated by the river. Parking on site. Lovely quaint Tudor property the room was huge tastefully and modern decoration. Brekkie tasty.

    Cons -

    • Streaky smocked bacon ?
    • The pub downstairs was busy and I was worried about the noise reaching our room but we were not able to hear anything from our roòm.
    • If I had to say anything and it isn’t a dislike or criticism but would be nice to have a sofa or two in the lounge area for comfort.

Good access to Tenbury Wells for shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast.

Room was cold, but heaters soon warmed the room up. No heated towel rail in bathroom, so cold in there in the morning.

The Bridge was in the ideal location for our visit to the local theatre. The room was clean with comfortable beds and good temperature control via electric heater. We had a nice drink in the lounge before excellent Pizzas and Burgers with good service in the restaurant before going to the theatre. The breakfast in the morning included cereals, toast and full english items.. all very good, and again great service.

It was fine and we'd visit again.

nice modern style room that was very spacious. nice to have the river just outside

it was very loud downstairs from a big night and heard loud banging quite a bit, possibly public amenties doors? but ear plugs solved the problem.

Lovely location to visit for an overnight stay. Friendly staff and the room was clean and bed very comfy!

Slight smell of stale cigarettes in the room but this cleared with opening the window for a bit.

Stepping into the bar area to collect my key, I was instantly met with Joel's warm and welcoming smile. His friendly demeanour was a breath of fresh air, and he readily addressed any questions I had. The room itself was a delight, exceeding all expectations. And to top it all off, the breakfast the next day was an absolute triumph freshly cooked and served with a smile - a delicious spread that perfectly fueled me for the day ahead. I'm already planning my visit for next year!

Great friendly staff in a modernised traditional Hotel. We were offered a fabulous upgraded room which overlooked the river. When I mentioned it was a special anniversary they arrived with a bottle of Prosecco. They made our stay really special. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely fab too.

Room was lovely and the staff was friendly the only thing they didn't say was where to go for breakfast

My room was close to the main road and the lorry's going past early in the morning woke me up

The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a 10 out of 10! If we were in the area we'd definitely stay again.

The only minor negative was the sounds of traffic throughout the night. I fully appreciate the room was on a main road so noise was to be expected. But maybe consider a set of thick curtains to reduce the noise a bit more? But otherwise a lovely stay thank you

Location was good. The Room was comfortable, nicely decorated, a good size and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were efficient and friendly.

We arrived on a very cold weekend. It would have been nice if the room heating has been put on before we arrived as the room was cold and took a while to warm up.

excellent location everything was as described

the bed was very small and pillows not comfortable

Late noise from downstairs after midnight

Unfortunately we were there at the same time as storm Babet so things were a little difficult due to flooding. The landlady and landlord were very friendly and helpful and did their best under very difficult circumsatances. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and big portions. Would definitely return.

    liked everything .

The room was very spacious, it had just been redecorated , the shower room was brand new...very nice breakfast served very friendly, made me most welcome..

A little noisy, but it is a pub, and the Rugby was on the telly, so I can live with that....people must have a bit of fun....

    9LynnePosted on: 10-18-2023

Bed comfortable. Good size room. Brilliant location for what we wanted to see.Breakfast was very good.

Had dinner but if you don't like noise eat somewhere else

    8KirstyPosted on: 10-16-2023

The room was very clean with super comfortable bed and a large ensuite shower room. The breakfast was good and the burger evening meal (their speciality with around a dozen varieties) was very tasty. They catered for for my lactose intolerance.

Not much. For a pub with rooms, it exceeded my expectations.
