Cons -
- We had a basic room but it was really not 4 star. There was no carpet and our feet stuck to the floor as we walked around the room. I didn't understand why a bedroom wouldn't have a carpet or rugs. This also didn't help with sound proofing as we could hear everything from the room above and every word from their TV. The TV wouldn't connect to the internet so we couldn't use iPlayer for example which could have been used. We didn't report the TV as we were not there for long enough. On arrival the toilet seat was left up including the seat and it was horribly stained and looked unsightly. There was no fire safety instructions in the room or local instructions about breakfast, when to vacate or local information. We requested a bottle of tap water to go back to the room which could easily have been put in the room as standard.
- Queried staying on return journey but price was considerably higher so decided against it.
- The only thing I had a problem with was the wifi kept dropping out and I had to keep re-connecting. The phone signal wasn't great either.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was travelling on my own so appreciated this. Dinner was good, and it was lovely to be able to sit outside, but thought the lamb and coriander burger was slightly tough. Breakfast was lovely. Good atmosphere and good taste in music too.

Beautiful location, lovely well decorated and homely pub dining area, friendly and helpful staff, room doors led onto garden. Third time we have stayed here as a stop off point on a long journey. A gem of a find.
nice airy room, very quiet, breakfast was superb
nonfunctional wall light in room 7
The breakfast was super with a good choice. We had evening meals which were very good.
We couldn't park on the car park Sunday afternoon because of the numbers of people in for Sunday lunch.
It was lovely. Very well equipped and decorated. Very clean. Nice big rooms. Spacious dining and bar area. Lovely outdoor area. Lots of parking
Really comfortable, beautiful room and so clean. Had a good night's sleep, quiet area and even though it's connected to a pub you can't hear any of that.
It's a shame about the wifi connectivity as there's no/minimal service and we were unable to do anything until later on in the evening.
Staff lovely . Good food. Very clean . Excellent value for money .
Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 5 am and we spent an hour and a half in the corridor before it could be switched off.
Good food in restaurant. Comfortable room. Very close to Worcester by car. Relaxing.
All good
Room very hot and stuffy. Air con/extractor fan outside noisy. A velux window in bedroom with no covering!Evening meal excellent but breakfast disappointing, hard bacon, overcooked eggs and cold burnt toast!
Staff were very friendly, restaurant was excellent especially the breakfasts.
Bathrooms a little small. Radiators needed a dusting.
Very clean, comfortable, staffs were amazing.
Cheerful welcome, good dinner, nice garden
We had a really enjoyable stay at the Dewdrop. Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean and had all we needed. TV had netflix and BBC iplayer. The restaurant was small but very nice and the food was excellent. It's slightly pricer than the nearby Bell Innbut it was good quality and well presented. Also hot .The breakfast was very good and plenty of it . Just loved the homemade Granola .The Dewdrop was convenient for visiting Worcester, Bewdley, and surrounding towns and countryside. A very nice break.
One night stop over on the way to Somerset, excellent service, food amazing, room was clean and had everything we needed. Shower was a little small as was the bed.
Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and staff were very friendly and helpful
Would be better if you could walk from room to breakfast without going outdoors
Food plus breakfast was great good ambience. Friendly staff
Everything was great apart from room above could hear everything they were doing
Excellent choice on the menu. Excellent service. Our evening meal was delicious. Very relaxing evening in a great location.
