Good,large room, nice spa,

Jacuzzi sometimes not working, changing room lockers awkward to use

Room was not cleaned daily. Half of the facilities were not available during our stays

The convenience of it being local and facilities available

The cost of the food. The shower was poor and the hairdryer did not work.

The views were lovely there the rooms were nice and cozy and the shower was just amazing

The beds were a little too soft but that's probably just my own personal preference because I like a firm ish bed

The staff in the bar are beyond amazing especially Alice and Ellie who can’t do enough. Checking on food and service with a smile.

The hot tub needs to be evaluated for chlorine levels as it was so much it burnt eyes and also the floors could do with being mopped. Changing rooms are very very old - couldn’t find one locker to use that wasn’t broken. The biggest issue was being woken up for a whole hour while guests had huge argument outside the reception door, screaming at each other for an hour. Got so bad that I considered phoning police because not one security receptionist intervened nor did they answer the phone when called and called. Awake from 2am - 3am. Other guests complained in morning too

The Evening meal was nice and that about it

The room was extremely poor standard and not at all what the pictures looked like. The room was dirty and even found two large spiders in the bath. This told me that the room had not been cleaned on that day. The sheets on the was not clean and the bathroom was not clean.

The staff was wonderful they could not be kind of more friendly. It’s a shame that they are working in an environment that is not up to standard.

Property is tired. The carpets need cleaning. The restaurant is cold and without atmosphere. The shower have mold in it. The food in the restaurant was dreadful. We arrived in one of our guests who we had checked the night before had a room was told they didn’t have a . The steam room was broken and couldn’t didn’t work at all as with the lockers.

The facilities were good but dated, staff were helpful and accommodating.

Beds were not comfortable

The only downside was that the first room we were offered had a very nasty odour to it and it didn't look particularly clean It was changed as soon as I complained, but should have been checked before

Breakfast had good plenty of selection. Spa facilities were really good.

Negative- very limited option for my partner who was gluten free vegetarian option which i felt embarrassed over given the break was suprise for him and I'd booked half board.

Great location, spacious rooms and nice breakfast and super friendly staff.

Our bathroom was not very clean … outside of toilet and the tiles and there was no bottled water in our room. One of the curtains was a bit broken in Churchill. We had also paid for our daughter who was in Avon and that room seemed quite tired … the shower was tiny . Also there was no pen in the rooms and no chocolates / turn down of bed service and disappointing that our rooms weren’t next to each other ?. We did enjoy our stay though .

Great location, opposite the Wedding Barn we were attending. Booking in was painless and our room was well prepped for our arrival. The fine weather augmented the very pleasant surroundings, spoiled only slightly by knobs playing golf.

Breakfast was added at last minute, and to be honest, I wish it hadn't. Wasn't great. Certainly not worth £23 for two. Eggs were from a quail, bacon was reconstituted dust! Sausages etc were fair. Orange juice tasted overly watered down. Sadly didn't have time for the spa or gym facilities .

Buffet breakfast was fine. Dinner was excellent and much better than we had anticipated.

There was a problem with the room as I had booked an extra night but it was sorted. However we were upstairs with no lift which wasn’t suitable for my husband with walking difficulties. The W.C had a problem

Ok, nothing fancy but what you d expect of a good quality brekkie

I paid extra a few days before to upgrade roomI When I arrived this wasn t noted so initially disappointed in my room. Quickly rectified however by smily reception staff member and new room even had balcony.

Room bright and clean. Breakfast good value and staff very friendly. Was made to feel very welcome

Location good for event I attended

Bathroom was not up to expected standard and room was not warm enough given inclement weather

Nice staff especially domestic staff Angela and team so helpful and friendly.

Tired looking furnishings and shower

The parking was good and loads of spaces. The facilities were great. Leisure was nice with swimming pool and gym. The staff were really nice. Jess was extremely nice at breakfast time she had great manners and was customer friendly. The lady at the reception was nice as well I believe her name was audile. We had a great time

The carpets were a bit old fashioned.
