The only thing I liked was the location

The manager was not very welcoming , not helpful and not polite at all , the shower was dirty and very small if I was an average or bigger size person I would not fit in cubicle , even at me being 4 ft 11 I strangled with shower cubicle

Clean, simple room with decent bathroom / shower and great view of River Severn. Convenient parking, very quiet overnight. Good value place to stay in Stourport. Dog friendly. Fridge in room.

Location was good looking Iooking over the river but very limited parking. Beer was good.

Room was not quiet. It was also directly above the outside area which played loud music and a lot of noise. Breakfast was non existent, I was told if I wanted breakfast to go to a cafe round the corner. Food was terrible. Manager decided to close bar early as not enough customers. Bad smell in bedroom from the drains

Very close to river seven. Parking for our car . Tables and chairs by river .

Good welcome and location perfect. My room was comfortable.

Breakfast not included which I had missed when I booked. Also the kitchen shut on Monday nights. The decor is tired and could do with repair in places.

Location was perfect for me. Right on the river, next to the canal basin, 2 minutes from pubs and restaurants in town (The Holly Bush being the best). As I was cycling the canal the following day it couldn't be better. The pub was busy, and served food in the evening (but no breakfast). Beer at £2.70 for a nice pint so can't complain at all. Wifi was adequate if a bit slow. Bed comfortable, shower a bit cramped but hot. Car park next to the pub. All very informal which was nice.

Could do with a bit of a refurb, but it suited me as a sweaty cyclist so I'm not complaining at all. TV in my room didn't work, but again, I didn't need it.

Loved the location, it was near everything, would definitely stay again, lovely pint of guinness, lovely staff,very friendly ? would of loved a powerful shower.was a lovely place though.

There was noise from what sounded like nearby water and Aircon machinery all night

Location was good, a short walk to the town. Parking available. Clean/comfy beds. Friendly staff. A nice classic pub environment.

Hot water in the shower could have last longer. Better hand soap in the bathroom.

Really lovely pub, bar with open fireplace for those winter months. Right on the river. Wonderful views and location. Landlord and wife really friendly and helpful.

We only stayed there, the room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the River Severn. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Friendly, warm, comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. Older style, characterful building with interesting history. Good food and drink.

Overpriced and room was dirty having not been cleaned properly for a long time.

Perfect location as we were down for a rowing weekend and the boat house is visible from the pubThe staff we met were fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help. Big thank you to the landlord for sending me back my forgotten iPad! Thank you Bob!! We loved the bar area and the warm open fireGreat parking on site and comfortable bed.

Slight smell of drain in the shower

Location.

Hosts were poor!! Hotel room was ok, mattress terrible. Had 2 nights of hardly any sleep due to creaky mattress. Checking in a nightmare!! Had to wait for Bob to sort dogs out so was 2.30pm before checked in. Only food is burgers, no breakfast. No daily housekeeping so no fresh towels and no top up of tea, coffee, etc. Bob drank in bar with locals both afternoons, swearing with them. Not professional at all.

It was close to family who we were visiting . The weather was nice so that made a difference.

When we arrived there was scaffolding all around and the smell of paint and other building materials. The manager did apologise but it didn't change anything. He said it was the brewery that arranged it. The beds were of poor quality and was very uncomfortable. The room was not clean and there was thick dust everywhere.

Great view, quiet spot, great parking and cute pub

Bookings.com charged us but the overall management charged us again. We have had no response back and the owner couldn't help us. Bed was a bit average. Bathroom also a bit average.
