Pros +
- Clean, neat, well decorated, had just what we needed. Good location, nice interactions with staff.
- Great location
- Loved the wooden rustic furniture
Cons -
- Coffee pot for hot water sounds like a jet engine, truly thought it would wake up my neighbors. Easy fix.
- The taps wouldn't work properly after flushing the toilet, luckily we didn't use the shower
- Could have used 2 chairs but I can see it would have been tricky in the space.

Good location. Easy to find. Clean, crisp bedding. Interesting use of wood for furniture
Could have used 2 chairs but I can see it would have been tricky in the space.

Broken hairdryer in room which very inconvenient. Despite emailing as directed, I had no reply or replacement hairdryer, and was never anyone in reception to contact. Not enough milk or sugar and again, no one in reception to obtain more from. Beds sharp wooden edges which hurt knee on and pillows uncomfortable. Having to gain entry through door down an unpleasant alleyway in the dark at night. Missing brick in ground which led to twisting ankle!
Good location, if some noise at night. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom.
Some street noise at night (goes with the location).
Honestly wasn't expecting a huge amount as it was a very low price and I was just looking for somewhere to sleep prior to a work commitment the following day. I was very pleasantly surprised! Nice big and comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities and a decent en suite. The wifi was also really good - again, I wasn't expecting a huge amount but it was great. Very happy with my decision considering the Premier Inn would have been more than three times the price for the night. Definitely recommend and have been doing so to colleagues!

It's a great location hence quite a lot of late night noise with people and music. Couldn't really be helped and wasn't too loud. We were fine.
Location was great to explore. Room was very clean and comfortable
We didn’t see any staff to make a comment about them . Surrounding area is a bit grubby. Not hotels fault but hopefully when all the building work is done it will be quieter too
Close to beach and good location generally. Good instructions to get into property.
Bedroom was quite noisy due to people walking past until about 3am. Shower didn’t seem to have any hot water. Beds were comfortable but squeaky and could hear other people turning/getting in their beds too. Beds were quite comfortable but overall not a great nights sleep.
The location was good, clean, comfortable, and value for money. The closest car park is St Michael's Church, a few mins walk.
Good location, big TV, comfy bed and plenty of space.
Shower has no pressure, windows hard to work, a little noisy. Smell a bit musty. No working WiFi.
Good value for money. Sea views. Good location and friendly helpful staff. Will be staying there again
Carpets and pillows need replacing.
I really feel sorry for the owners, as there is an issue that is out of their control, there is a takeaway directly opposite the hotel, well into the early hours it is used by the students who don't care about how much noise they make, at one point we thought there was a riot going on.
Basic, no frills. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. Well located by the castle and the sea front. Very cheap.
Opposite a chicken shop with revellers loitering outside until the early hours (4am). I was told a key would be waiting in the foyer at 3pm but it wasn't there. The bedsheets were stained.
The room size was good, nice big windows and lots of natural light. Nice and warm, clean bedding. Mattress was relatively comfortable Only booked as we had dogs so wanted to be next to the sea front.
The hotel lobby is unmanned, it's basically flats with a lobby. Quite sad really that you don't even get greeted. Windy corridors, very cold and not inviting at all. We were on the 1st floor which was extremely difficult with a toddler, two dogs, pushchair and all the luggage. We had noise ALL night from drunk people outside. There was gaffa tape in the bathroom on the ceiling not sure why. Shower was unsafe, button doesn't work. The pillows were like plastic. I got probably 2 hours sleep.
Super comfy. Loads of space and places to sit. Clean and they provide a kettle with a small fridge so you can make a cup of tea. That was great! Super location!
It was way too hot in the room. The heating was in during the night which is unnecessary. However I contacted the staff and a member of staff helped me to open the window so I could breathe. The bath was great but the shower was very poor. I could barely get any water to come out. WiFi very weak. It didn't bother me but if you need to work not so great.
Close to the pier and didn’t get kicked out after 11 lol ? thanks for that
Could be better with breakfast
