Starling Cloud

not worth the money 8 chips scamp a bit on the raw side small amount of peas

nice clean room

I did not have breakfast.

The check in was basic. No instruction on the door key and turning on the room's power or on how to check out. The staff member I saw was also having to take orders in the restaurant. Everyone was very pleasant however.

Very nice and clean rooms and comfortable bed in a quiet area with good access to shopping centres and the region’s attractions.Breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately, but it was very good.Parking was very convenient and hassle-free.Overall, it was worth the price for me

The staff could have been a bit more welcoming.but not bad.

Room was clean and comfortable, good parking, easy access

Nothing really. Food in pub was standard..little out of town but quiet

Spacious room, good food and excellent staff.

Breakfast

Booked a table in the restaurant at very short notice and despite the restaurant being extremely busy we were seated very quickly and looked after all evening. Food was amazing and staff were super friendly. Great evening had by all.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy and always smiling. Rooms were a nice size for a family and the beds were comfortable and spacious for what we needed. Kettle and tea and coffee facilities were an added bonus. Bathroom was a nice size and having a bath was Fab with the children. Pillows were soft too and it was spotlessly clean. Great location and the food at the restaurant was lovely too. Breakfast was plentiful and good value for money. Security was good and the fact you could only enter the accomodation via a key card was a good idea too. Check in was smooth and easy.

Maybe a few more pillows and instructions on how to use the heating. As we woke up freezing ? and a small fridge to keep the babies milk in would be Fab too

no breakfast was ordered and rest was really good no doubt good hotel , gently staff and good bed

Location, room and staff was very gently

Easy check in

Breakfast … avacado on toast was very poor.

Pub food was good, food is perfectly acceptable, comfy bed, bath!

No fridge

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good value for money The pub associated with it provided great breakfast and was also ideal for dinner and a play in the play area with the kids. Good signage and easy check-in and out process.

Showers didn’t drain well.

cosy and really clean place, very comfortable bed (double room with king size beds), good restaurant, good staff but not enough waiters

we were surprised to see that the building was separated from the restaurant (thanksfully, it wasn’t rainy)few dishes not available from the menu (asked 3 different meals non disponible)

Excellent free car park on site. Efficient card entry system. Friendly staff. Huge comfortable bed with good pillows. Taylors coffee bags better than usual Nescafe sachets.

Location - long way from seafront and town centre, rather commercial area. No extractor in bathroom. Shower over bath, no walk-in showers available except in 2 accessible rooms.

Basic but very comfortable. Clean and well presented.Lots of parking available

Everything was fine

Ideal place for a short stay. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room, clean and a very comfortable bed. In walking distance to town centre.

Lack of staff was an issue on Friday night they were working super hard to keep the place going. Our family room wasn’t available due to an incident. On Saturday another family came into our bedroom having been provided keys to our room. On Sunday morning we ordered breakfast at 8am so we could get away quickly, had to chase up after 25 mins, at this point only one other guest was in the restaurant. Breakfast appeared instantly and was cool and had clearly been left standing around.

easy to find and big car park. check in was easy. room was big. bed was comfortable. shower was great. the only thing you could improve on would be to thickness of the toilet paper. extremely good value for money. would stay again.

2 ply toilet roll

Good location, short walk to the seafront. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and nice large and clean room.

Good food , good staff , good location
