The superb attention of the staff at the restaurant and the quality of food at breakfast and dinner.

The beds could be improved.

Excellent location and helpful staff

We were in room 8 and we had persistent recurring plumbing noises throughout the night. When we first arrived the Yale lock for our room jammed and we had to call a member of staff to recover us (if you turned the key the wrong way when removing the key it jammed the lock when the door closed)

The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much bother. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant so lots going on for guests. Cooked breakfast every day.

My first room was a single up three flights of stairs. The room was great but cold until I worked out how to use the radiator. Rooms on I'm in the street get noise from patrons leaving and patrons from other bars. This can get loud and go on well into early morning.

Harry's Hotel is very conveniently located near shops, cafes, the beach, bars etc. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, a great way to start the stay. We enjoyed having the bar just downstairs. We were warned things could get noisey on a Fri/Sat night but it didn't bother us.

Nothing really, it was great.

Exceptionally clean; sheets and towels were soft , fresh and extremely clean; the shower was really lovely and powerful; staff were really friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely; great value for money; central location. Super comfy and inviting after climbing Cadair Idris!!

The property was a little bit tired but as I said it was really clean and comfy so really didn’t matter

Great location in town and just a short walk to the seafront. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was generally clean. Downstairs is big bar area with plenty of sports on TV and music, plus a big restaurant area and it was always pretty busy. If you timed it right there was some free parking around the back but you can park for free on the street although it's a 1 hour limit before 6pm.

If you were on the first floor and wanted an early night you might be bothered about the music and noise from the bar but they don't seem to stay open late.

Well located in the center of town a block from the train station and two blocks from the ocean. Great little downstairs. The included breakfast was huge.

The location was close to the bus station and close to the promenade.

There was no elevator and I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs (52 steps). The room was shabby with many marks on the walls and very old carpeting.,

Clean spacious room. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Our room was facing the street and it was a noisy night...to be expected, I guess on a Saturday. Will ask for a room facing inwards, next time.

Friendly staff and general atmosphere in the bar. Central location and limited parking however definitely value for money.

Windows wouldn't open and rooms dated.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the comfortable room and the security system.

Vanessa at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful! Made our stay very pleasant. The separate apartment we had (party of 4) met our needs and the free parking was great. Excellent location for wandering the town and the apartment was away from the main road.

We found the beds a little soft. Could be time for changing the mattress although others may like them that way.

Water pressure was poor on the second floor. Breakfast service wasn’t good. 9.15 no cups no glasses and hot water urn almost empty. Staff tilted it to get water out.

The location was very good and excellent for our visit to Aberystwyth.

Parking was a nightmare and didn’t get any useful advice from reception.

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was big and clean, although the furniture is a little tired.

Rooms and furniture looking a tired, especially bathrooms- e.g. wallpaper needs removing and updating.

Location was excellent, not far from bus stop / station to carry bags. Central to town and beach . The apartment was absolutely perfect for 3 friends travelling together. Didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed a few drinks in the bar.

For what we wanted nothing could have been better!

Really good price for money. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and staff were very nice.

Random letters at the front door that were not for us. There was also a bit of mold in the corners of the bathroom but not enough to be a concern.

It was perfect for what I needed, I was visiting my son and it was nice and close to his flat. The room was warm and very comfortable. A good bar downstairs for the evenings, great friendly staff, what more could I need?

Wifi was a bit slow
