Its location.

The staff were unhelpful, unclear, disinterested, obstructive, rude and patronizing throughout a lengthy night-time check-in problem caused by an administrative error unrelated to myself. N

I stay quite a lot and is close to my work and food outlets.

The heating went off around 6pm which was very cold. The staff turned the thermostat up, however, why was it so low!I used the second duvet to keep warm.

Great budget friendly hotel

Only issue have to supply own toilet roll would not have been a problem if I knew in advance would have brought it with me rather than having to go back out to find a shop

I get it's a cheap hotels but the place in serious need of a lick of paint and the curtains and grey cloths and pillows either need replacing or a proper clean with a rug doctor

Bigger cups I ended up using the glasses so I could have a proper cup of tea and coffee

My son was ill , Wasnt planned tried to get a refund under exceptional circumstances wouldnt have it !!!!! UNBELIEVABLE

STAFF RUDE

Clean, bed is comfortable it's basic and for the price very reasonable and clean and that's all you can ask for realistically

Showers either run too hot or too cold with no in-between.

The location for me and my dad was spot on, the fact that we paid a little more for the bathroom was a great addition, the staff were very helpful.

Bed mattress had very poor support. The shower on the right hand side was too hot, no control to cool it down

Bed was comfy the night staff John was awesome so helpful and helped us buy changing rooms as I needed a room with bathroom as the shared one was to far away for me to use as just recovering from knee surgery

Everything else. It was clean, everything worked, it was quiet. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. I only spoke briefly to the member of staff on duty when I arrived, but he was pleasant and helpful.

The decor is generally tired and needs redecorated. More concerning was what looked like mould in the bathroom. The bed was too hard for me, but that's personal preference, not a problem.

A staff member attended to a small problem with the TV immediately - although it was me not using the controller correctly.

There is nothing not to like.

The noise from the staff, talking loudly at 2 am and waking up the neighbors, is not professional, the linen is not changed every day, the carpet is very dirty and old, the walls are not whitewashed and have holes in them

Their was a shit stain on bedsheets ,half of the bed was broken

Staff were friendly, facilities were clean.

We stayed 11 nights but found tea and coffee and milk weren't topped up so had to ask staff for replacements. Which they always did otherwise it was a great stay

The room was spacious and spotless, exceptionally clean throughout, with a wonderfully comfortable bed ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

As other`s described it is a basic hotel and there is no reception support especially in the evenings and early morning. So you will be on your own if you are arriving after 10 pm but you can get into your room with the pass code they provide. They ask you to fill out a form after you book it from booking.com website. So be prepared to provide some extra details to them on their own website (other than booking.com). I was in the ensuite room, it was okay. Bed sheets and towels were clean.

There is no off street parking! The only available parking is in front of the hotel on the street and it is only free between 9 am and 6pm. There was mould spots in the bathroom, doors do not have soft close so they bang really loud at night.

Room was comfortable and large enough for the night, shower worked great

No one around when I tried to complain about noise level next door so had to knock myselfNo secure parking for motorbikes, although large parking area down the round but didn’t feel safe leaving my bike there.
