Location, cleanliness and friendly staff, especially receptionist. Great breakfast.

Best mattress slightly uncomfortable but that's likely just a personal preference

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and rooms had everything you needed( maybe a wee biscuit to go with the yeas and coffee). Welcoming surroundings. Great breakfast

Food for evening meal limited and a bit pricey for what you get. Our experience wasn't great. Food arrived at different intervals and the majority was cold.Wouldn't eat dinner here againWe did recieve vouchers for complementary drinks after saying about the food.

We stayed there on New Year’s Eve with my wife and we had a great time. The bed was very comfortable, parking was free, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very kind the check in was quick and easy.

The only negative thing was that we could only stay one night because of our schedule

No shower gel/body wash in the showers. Needed a refill.

Engineers have stayed before and rate this hotel for the breakfast, serving early which suits their schedule, room is clean and has everything needed to make the stay welcoming, bed very comfortable.

Staff were friendly and free breakfast

Room was not clean. Towel had yellow stains on it. There was no toilet roll in the room, one pillow had blood stains on it. Carpet was stained. It was a let down as usually this hotel is great. Forgot to take photos but got one of pillow

The staff were very friendly and went ‘above and beyond’. The overall impression from arriving to departure was first class, very clean and tidy. The room was spotless , plenty of toiletries and coffee/ tea provisions in the room. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice of hot & cold options. The location was brilliant too…. I would definitely book here again without question.

I did actually sleep ok but the bed was perhaps ready for a replacement….

The room was requested for ground floor which I was told I was getting the room was cold and the hotel was hard to find and not enough parking for the size of the hotel and most definitely not enough disabled bays

We thought this was an amazing hotel especially for the price! The room was a great size with a huge TV, breakfast was great and there was a waffle machine and parking was free. We will definitely be back!

The bed was a bit hard but that's subjective to taste.

Our family travelled to Corby because it was ideally situated for us to share our 50th Wedding anniversary with our daughter who lives in Suffolk. We had stayed in a Hampton by Hilton in Munich when we missed a connection following our sons wedding in Italy and knew the facilities were good. The staff facilitated our celebration and were very warm and welcoming and a 12.00 checkout following a good breakfast together on Sunday morning meant we did not have to rush off. Thanks to all for helping to make Penny and my 50th anniversary special. Mike

Good location for work and room itself was nice enough but cold and very thin duvet

Room was cold even though I turned the temperature up on the air con and the duvet was too thin for winter months - no extra blankets provided. WiFi also wouldn’t connect properly so I couldn’t do the work I needed to do.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

The room needed Air con so needed to put it on but was abit noisy.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast service. Also neighbours a very pleasant weatherspoons where you can enjoy an evening. Hardly any mobiles. Actual conversation! Th staff are helpful and the hotel accommodates immobile people very well.

Parking can be tight when busy but there is a large free car park directly in front of the hotel. It’s only a slight issue if you have people with mobility issues.
