We were in room 47 - when next door showered, the running water noise is very loud

Room was lovely. Food was excellent

This was an overnight stay.Staff; Excellent and friendlyRoom; Excellent.Breakfast; ExcellentBar area; ExcellentThe main thing that struck me was the inside of the building. It was amazing and well-decorated. Add to this, beautiful gardens.

I cannot think of anything.

11 of us were there for a family reunion and we were royally looked after. Garden was beautiful, food was delicious, room & bathroom spotless, staff were really helpful & supportive ☺️

Shower was either scalding or cold!Room 9 TV didn’t work ?

Food was excellent, service was good. Facilities were ok, Jacuzzi could have been cleaner.

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and a lovely lounge / bar. The staff were very attentive and always happy to help.

Front grounds and car park could do to be tidied up with a gardener. Other than that, hotel was spot on.

The restaurant was very good and the selection at breakfast was excellent

It was a cold weekend and the only heating in the bathroom was not working.This was reported shortly after arrival but they were unable to resolve.It was only on the evening of the second night that an alternative room was suggested. This would have been appropriate on the first night.We were then told we were in a superior room but on arrival we were advised that this was automatic for stays of two nights. Just because we were provided with a superior room shouldn't mean we had to accept no heating.We did find it difficult to find a member of staff at both the reception and the bar

Friendly staff and comfortable room. A brief stay, but very satisfied.

Breakfast was delicious friendly staff Room needed some attention my husband left a list with reception for them to fix

Great choice of evening meals - really enjoyed the curry.

Noise from a neighbouring room woke us early in the morning - i think it was the plumbing.

I booked a cosy double room overlooking a courtyard and ended up with a disabled room looking onto the carpark.

The staff were delightful. The restaurant was fabulous - recommend Saffron menu - delicious. Oh and breakfast was equall

Ambience, pool, lovely breakfast and dinner, clean, handy for M6, no road noise.

Do not stay here. Take a £50 charge against your card against any damages. Absolute nightmare to get the money back and anyone to call you back. Room not cleaned properly each day.Pool tiny and swimming lessons taking place.Gym is tiny.Rooms are not dark as the curtains are paper thin.

Repeat visitor. Love the atmosphere, the welcome and great food.

The rooms are very comfortable. The food is very good and allergies are well catered for. The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful and understanding. Lovely delightful garden.

It is the same menu as last year, maybe introduce a few new choices.
