Slight smell in the bathroom ( drain) but ok with door kept shut

Awkward to get to. The booking site said 3.5 miles from my destination, however, it was more like 20 miles, as I had to travel 10 miles north and then 10 miles south. The same in return, but opposite directions.Poor wifi, but the receptionist sorted it.The bedroom door did not lock, but this was resolved, moving me to a new room.The shower pressure was poor

Basic but comfy room whilst travelling the length of the country.It was quiet and we all slept well.

The greeting on arrival was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent place to stay next to the M6 for travelers in need of a rest. The bathroom could be cleaner but all in all great value for the price we paid.

Our room wasn't prepared with two single beds as it was assumed 'I was traveling with a partner' instead of a family members - this is a weird assumption to make. But the matter was resolved without issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff member despite late night reservation and arrival, decent room with two comfy beds, decent price, convenient location off the motorway and steps from coffee/McD/café/store..

No fan in the bathroom, leaky tub wasting lots of water, and walls were not well-insulated so you could hear the neighbors. I also didn't like having to waste time backtracking on motorway (we were heading north) since there wasn't access from the northbound side.

The staff were lovely felt very safe and clean for two night stay

The lady at reception (night time) was so warm and welcoming. She was also very knowledgeable and gave the correct info regarding opening times of nearby restaurants.

Adequate

Only one (sit upright) chair in a family room able to sleep three people. The so-called sofa bed was made up as a bed with no apparent way to convert it to sit on.Also the shaver socket in the bathroom didn't work.

Surprisingly good place to stay. Never used Days Inn before. This is on the M6 but you wouldn't know it. Can't hear the motorway. Great staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. Motorway facilities on hand. I was on a motorcycle...they let me park right by the door. As secure as it gets.

Ideal for stop overs travelling. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Getting a bit dated and tired. Shower head is fixed. No power sockets by bed to charge phones.

Lovely quiet hotel, spotlessly clean, close to shops.

The only negative thing was no plugs by bed for charging phone.

In desperate need of newer decor. I’ve stayed in most motorway services as I travel a lot for work and I’m pretty sure this is the most outdated.

Very easy to get to , staff great, you have a macdonalds and other food outlets to hand , clean and comfortable rooms

The rooms are poorly sound proof. Sound carries from the rooms side and above.

No fridge in room

A nice, comfortable room, fluffy towels, tea and coffee facilities, good WiFi and TV. Very quiet considering how close to motorway.

The bathroom could do with upgrade but was totally acceptable.
