The bathroom is downstairs , noisy couple next door, guests left a mess in the kitchen.

Noisy guests, guests leaving a mess in the kitchen. Having to walk downstairs to use the shower and loo.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the stairs are extremely narrow and steep.

Ease of access via railway station.location close to family graveyard.Excellent taxi service.Space outside to chill.

Rather noisy people coming and going slamming doors early hours.expect that wherever wouldn't put me off.enjoyed facilities etc.

Room was nice and clean amd check in was simple enough.

No heating or hot water when arrived but soon as I rang someone was sorted out straight away.

Had a front room which did get some road noise from the fairy busy road.

Bright, spotlessly clean, fully kitted out kitchen.Nice powershower.. water was always hot!Comfy king-size bed..Contractors dream!! ?

Privacy comfortable bed peace from city bussle.plus...shop opposite excellent cheap quality wine.

the Hot water boiler is not working , one of the bedroom is stinking very badly and unhygienic to sleep with kids rather we managed to sleep in other room by floor.

Location

Shared bathroom Bedding had hair and people outside property and it made me feel insecure. Front door was unlocked during the duration of the stay. Other guests very noisy and banging doors. Could not settle.

Clean and easy to get in

Tricky parking. Stairs to room very steep.

Instructions for key safe were good.

Smell of cigarettes, room up narrow stairs. No toilet upstairs, had to go downstairs. No kettle in the room, shared kitchen downstairs.Would not recommend or stay again.

Place was very clean throughout. It even had a washing machine, but nowhere to hang out the washing!

No breakfast, no ensuite, (ad on Booking.com reads as if there are ensuites, no tea/coffee facilities in room ad on Booking.com states all rooms have this. Room was tiny, mattress was awful, everytime my partner moved the mattress bounced about - cheap mattress. Traffic noise, street noise, neighbouring house, playing loud music and loud shouting.

Very good

The free parking was nice, but the spaces were small and on an incline. It wouldn't have been too much of a problem if one of the guests had parked their car properly. Instead they were more than 12" over the line, which made it nearly impossible for me to back out of my parking spot. I ended up scraping the side of my car along a raised walkway on the passenger side. This did not make me happy. Other guest was too inconsiderate to park properly in parking spot #1.

Clean quiet secure

It was all decorated and well presented.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes not only when you got in the house but also it was in the room I stayed. I really struggled with that smell to the point that I would throw up. There was no mirror in the room. The bathroom shower was good and it was clean. However, the sink and mirror were behind the toilet which was quite an awkward position for me to stand properly to shave and brush my teeth.

Convenience and cleanliness

The stairs which were steep and difficult for an older person with, arthritis and balance issues .I would also have liked to have been offered a breakfast option ?

Its location. Very noisy neighbours and loud Asian music being pumped out for the whole street to hear.

Has a very nice kitchen, with kitchen facilities.

What I don't like is the shared toilets/washrooms but they're absolutely cleaned.

The property is located at a good place and is a walking distance from the train station. Privacy was okay.

The vehicular noises that occasionally interrupted sleeping.
