Boston West Hotel

The staff was really friendly and nice, they were really helpful made our stay special

Our heating wasn’t working the staff tried their best but couldn’t fix it. They supplied us with a temporary one but it was freezing in the night. I didn’t make a big fuss about it because how apologetic the gentle man who was looking after the hotel and the night security gentle man.

Walls by bed need cleaning otherwise good

Food finishes too early in restaurant or not on at all some nights often lots of choices not available I've used this place alot always the same

The room was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was well priced and the food was delicious. We have rebooked to return!

No hotel staff in the hotel and at night feels that contact is difficult

Spacious clean room with excellent view

The hotel room was clean , and we had a large room with four beds in.The staff we all so helpful and happy We went to the driving range, which was great.The restaurant and bar were lovely and clean, the food was nice, and the staff was happy and helpful.

What would have made it the perfect stay was if breakfast had been an option I and three other families chose here as it was just down the road from where our children were playing a rugby match. Rather than having a leisurely get up, we had to start driving out to feed the boys before the game.

Location . Feel safe there. Parking warm . Clean.

Was supposed to be a twin room but arrived to find a double that split,we went out for food and the staff said they would send extra bedding so the beds could be split but when we arrived back late they hadn't.We had t use a spare duvet and had only one sheet to share,i was not happy.

Room was comfortable and well equipped.Food in bar was good amd well priced.Overall a decent stay

Staff was helpful and it was clean

We were 3 people only 2 plugs and far from beds. They did say they will bring a lead but never brought it to us that is 2 reason why I do not give a 5 star rating

Reception is in a different building, about a minutes walk away and it was quite dark due to poor lighting outside.

Friendly staff at check in, large room.

Smell of cannabis in corridors, room was freezing cold as window had been left open when we checked in and only had one small radiator to heat large room, no toilet roll in bathrooom, tv turned itself on 3 times during the night, whole room ready for a refresh.

Very quiet location lovely big room.Loved the balcony

Comfortable bed and good room decor

The main door was not accessed by key. Anyone could just go in. That felt a bit not so secure.

Relatively cheap & staff were lovely

Huge mould stain on the bathroom roof. Double bed was two singles pushed together & the gap was uncomfortable. Towels were very hard & there was only 2 plug sockets in the room

The room was lovely. The receptionist on check in was amazing and went above and beyond to help.

Room was freezing, bathroom shower head holder wouldn’t hold the shower head.Evening bar staff member was rude and told us he was due to go home and at 9 and wouldn’t serve at 0843 as he had cashed up. Understand it’s out of season but felt like we were a burden to stay

Great value for money

Staff seemed disinterested. Stayed here many years ago when it was new. Nothing has been done since. My room was quite shabby

Beautiful large and clean room.. very friendly staff

Stayed here a few times ,visiting family,like to have a balcony,nice to sit out, nice clean and comfy

I know its difficult, but a shortage of electric sockets ,two i think,so really need more please
