There was a car park although difficult to access with barrier

No dining facilities. No bar. No breakfast. Had to buy sausage sandwiches from nearby. Only one pillow.Staff unhelpful at times. Wouldn¿t rush back.

Shower curtains sticking to you when the shower, shower head falling off. Really crap.

Good value for 1-2 nights.

The room was dirty mainly the carpet and we didn't have hot water only warm.

The staff were lovely, shower was hot and powerful and the beds were warm and comfy

There was a slight musty smell on the ground floor but the friendliness of staff made up for it. Nice to have a pool table too.

Overpowering smell of mould throughout the building rooms dusty no toilet roll asked reception for some and was given a roll of kitchen paper. Went to leave my room on morning and Corridor outside rooms was completely flooded carpet were like a river smelled like sewage

The beds were falling apart and one bed was broke with a hole in it ,it says on each door saying no smoking but you can smell people doing it and you can smell people smoking weed so not the best for a hotel

Good value for money in a convient location and easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. Although not from from main road it was quiet. Staff friendly and helpful

Shower was abit slow., and like many other chains still have shower over bath rather than a walk in shower.

Cigarette smoke in a non-smoking facility.Very uncomfortable twin bed.

Reception ladt was great and good value overall.

Garden outside was stroon with litter that has been there a ling time.Breakfast staff were not that helpful and when asked if porridge could be microwaved we just got a blank look so had an alternative and then fund the microwave...............Old and tired decor.

The female receptionist was polite & informative, I asked her if the petrol station next door sold newspapers, she wasn't sure & offered to go & find out, this is above & beyond. I politely refused as this isn't her responsibility.My bed & bathroom was clean, large variety of Continental breakfast & hot breakfast is also included, all for a fiver, accommodation was cheap.

The carpark isn't welcoming at all, overgrown grass & weeds, bins overflowing with rubbish. As I went to open my room door on my arrival somebody opened it from the inside holding the kettle in his hand, he said he was staff & didn't know the room had been allocated, he apologised & returned the kettle, he looked more like a resident, no uniform or name badge, wearing sliders & shorts. A few dusty cobwebs, a few bits on the floor like it hadn't been hoovered, worn chairs, no bedside plug, bedside wall lamps didn't work, the hot breakfast is no frills but for a fiver I guess it's worth it. It was obvious to me that it's another ex migrant hotel struggling to find its former glory, the place is run down & in desperate need of decor, refurb & a lot of TLC.

Convenience of location for our visit. Strong and warm shower. Cozy bed. Good hair dryer!

Room was clean and tidy. Pleasant friendly welcoming staff. Reception was very clean and tidy. Easy check in. There was a restaurant on site but we didn't eat in there but looked clean and tidy

Black mould on the shower curtain, black mould on the bathroom ceiling above bath and black mould on the window frames. Pillows was extremely thin and not fit for use. Duvets are very thin. Need to invest in better pillows. Maintence outside could do with attention, rubbish and grass cutting.

Good location and a clean hotel and excellent staff

It is what it is. Good value for money. Ok location, not far car wise from different places. Hotel clean but dated.

No bar or restaurant

Staff was brilliant and so helpful. She made me feel very welcome.

Breakfast was poor in both service and quality. Bacon looked it had been left under heat lamp for too long. I had to phone reception to find someone to get me a plate in the restaurant.

No heating in room Breakfast was something to not wake up for I've never seen bacon like it

Staff were very friendly and the price is really good for our stay. We always sleep in so didn’t try the breakfast but next time we will try it if we wake up on time.

Cheap to stay, blackout curtains, free tea, free WiFi, free shower gel

Went for breakfast 40 mins after breakfast opened nothing really left, no staff around , Staff at check in didn't offer general housekeeping eg what time breakfast was, noone there to check out had to leave key in key slot at front desk which was full

£5 for hot breakfast!? CoolDouble bed big? Cool Water pressure? CoolVibes? Very Demure

It was really close to where I needed to go. The stuff was nice and polite.

The bed. It was meant to be a double bed but it was just two single mattresses pushed together, it was really uncomfortable and hurt our backs
