Could not fault it!
The location was very convenient, the building was exquisite, staff were amazing the evening meal was hot but (personal taste only) the pork belly didn't taste nice at all but I rarely fine dine and I didn't like the outside of the pork belly but acceptable. The breakfast however the hash browns were luke warm not hot, the rest of the food was great. I will indeed stay there again.
The hash browns on my breakfast, luke warm.
Stayed 11th February 26
No fridge in the room
It was very clean , warm and comfortable
The staff need to be more involved with guests . Not one person said good morning and asked at breakfast if all was okay . We had to initiate the good morning . It is like a ghost hotel . When we arrived we asked for help with luggage and was told 'I would have to leave the desk to help ' so in other words you do it yourself !!! Poor I must say .
Great location. Close to Lyceum Theatre.
Breakfast was poor. Staff were grumpy
Ability to charge my car. I stay regularly becuase it is great value, a comfortable room with a powerful hhshower.
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and staff were lovely.
There was a noise coming from the radiator in the room. Not sure if it was the pipe work due to the turning up the radiator.
Lovely comfortable rooms, great reception area/plenty of seating and access to hot and cold drinks and snacks. Good selection of buffet breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and very good security at road entrance. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
It was a little out from our relatives who live in Crewe so either they were collecting us or we had to get cabs back if everyone was drinking alcohol which was £14:50 one way.
The hotel is brilliantly located for business travel when I'm in the NW.
The outside A/C fans running for other rooms during the night are audible from the room. If the hotel resolved this, the hotel would be a delight.
Ideal location for our needs, beautiful surroundings in the middle of a golf club! Slightly quiet but then it was only 3 days before Christmas.
Comfortable rooms, nice location
Bar closes far too early
Nice hotel, plenty of parking.
We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open as it had been closed for New Year. It had stated that it would re open the day before we arrived. The hotel was cold. It's a big open space and obviously is costly to heat. The rooms were warm enough though.
Room and Breakfast were both great!
The room was slightly cold and hard to warm up in the Weston suite
Beautiful and clean
It was really cold. Guests st the wedding kept their coats on
Lovely hotel. The bed was super comfortable. Nice big room.
It was freezing cold everywhere in the hotel. Sitting trying to eat breakfast with a big coat on! The food went cold straight away.
Good breakfast, clean facilities
Room was cold
Brilliant reception staff
The breakfast dishes (bacon, sausage, hash brows, etc) need to have attachable lids so they can be kept hot
The checking went well , the room was as expected , staff were excellent, breakfast was good offering a choice
I didn’t have time to play golf !!!
