Casa Hotel

I’m from chesterfield and know the hotel is the best around… however it doesn’t feel pretentious… just professional, clean and very very nice.

Nothing. It was fine.

Large very comfortable bed. Spacious room with lovely decor and furnishings. Friendly staff and a tasty breakfast.

Great location, very nice and clean inside and outside the building

Our heating didn’t work and was too late to complain as we only realised when we woke up at 5am frozen

Been to Casa many times breakfast was lovely but I wasn't keen on the sausage

The comfy mattress and friendly, helpful staff.

No flannel or bar soap in the bathroom.

Everything was good. Interactions with staff were all friendly and efficient. Comfortable room. And one of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. We will be returning :)

It was all good

First impressions of the hotel was beautiful- The food was amazing.

Staff was a bit slow in the bar area coming round to ask if any more drinks were wanted. At breakfast we sat near the window and it was very cold.

Beautiful interiors, comfortable, everything we needed for a nights stay. Staff warm and welcoming, very helpful.

Nothing it was amazing!

Good size rooms, clean and welcoming

Like everything

Absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Hotel. They have it all amazing staff, clean and tidy rooms and great breakfast. Only stayed once but definitely one of my favourite hotels. Thank you

Everything. We'll worth the money, great location..Having said that the restaurant is average but great places to eat v v close by

Restaurant food is average and expensive

Clean and friendly staff, good breakfast

Overlooking Tesco and a retail park

Clean and efficient with a great restaurant!

Modern hotel

The breakfast facilities could benefit from an improved layout. Whilst I realise that the breakfast room was busy, the location of the only coffee machine and toaster caused undue queues.

Breakfast facilities.

Lovely hotel, clean and pretty. Staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty.

Had to que for 30 mins to get a coffee at breakfast and waited 10 mins to get seated.

Polite friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and facilities in the room.

No dislikes.

Very clean, attractive, staff excellent and good location. Bed very comfy

The menu was a little bit limited as only the bar restaurant was open

very good breakfast

although a second coffee machine would be beneficial in the dining room as queues develop at the only machine.

Great room, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, good shower and heating, quiet. Excellent helpful friendly staff. We had a really nice time and would return and recommend.

Lovely breakfast but unfortunately it was not very warm either morning.

Restaurant , food

Loudness, cleanliness in hallways and certain areas
