Pros +
- The campsite was quiet, clean and friendly
- We stayed in a Bronze Plus unit and were pleasantly surprised the moment we walked in. The place was clean, cosy, and nicely heated; so much so that we had to open a couple of windows to let some fresh air in! It had all the basic home comforts you’d want for a short break. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We had booked two sessions but only managed one, still great fun. The Halloween events over the weekend were fantastic, and full credit to the show team for keeping the little ones entertained throughout the evenings. Everything in the unit worked as expected, and overall, it made for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.Another plus point, the park is conveniently located within a residential area, so popping out for food or a pint of milk is no trouble at all.All in all, definitely worth it!
- The kitchen and dining area was ok
Cons -
- The convenience store was closed each time we went. Daytime and evening
- The sofa seating could do with a bit of extra cushioning, a touch on the firm side for our liking, but nothing major.Wi-Fi is only FREE in the main facilities area, not INSIDE the unit. That said, if you’re lucky, you might catch a signal if the previous guests had any paid time left!If you’ve got younger children, the walk to the facilities might feel a bit long depending on where your caravan is located. We ended up driving most times, which was easier.A small note, I noticed the bar charged two different prices for the same drink on two separate occasions (£3.90 and £6.10 for a Shandy with non-alcoholic Peroni). Not a big deal, but worth double-checking your receipt if you’re ordering similar.
- The seating in the living room wasn't what we paid for it was a booth it was very uncomfortable an badly stained i booked this for my mums bucket list and i was really disappointed we were told on upgrade it would be a sofa this wasn't the case my mum couldn't really get comfortable at all due to this the entertainment was apporling there wasn't much to do on site the shop was close most of the time and practically empty and nothing to buy when it was open you had to pay for Internet witch was really bad and didn't work, you definitely don't get what pay for your staying here question eveything before even you even think about the upgrade

It was well maintained.
You are expected to wash and clean everything and leave as you find it, which is fine but I think the cleaners are relying on that. On the surface everything looked clean, then underneath the plates set out on the table I found notes reading “this has not been cleaned” under the bin bag that I removed at checkout was a dirty sanitary pad.
We were very happy with our stay in the caravan, and very grateful to the gentleman in reception who gave us a gold caravan instead of bronze. It would have been a much colder and miserable stay if he hadn’t I think.
The entertainment room was a bit smaller than I would have liked. We were squashed at the back and a small dance floor.
Pros -Caravan was clean and tidyAdequate supply of crockery, cutlery and drinking vessels Microwave, TV, cooker and fire all worked perfectlyStaff were polite and helpfulVenues were clean and tidy
ConsManeovering room in the main bedroom was very tight, 3" each side of the bed to get in. Heaters in bedrooms not obvious or mentioned in any paperwork (they look like air vents under the wardrobes). We froze for two nights until we found them. Nowhere near enough staff. I know it's late in the season but we deserve the same amenities and facilities earlier guests get. If the shop was open the sports bar was shut as they only had one person running both. The shop was the size of a postage stamp with empty shelves. The outdoor burger/ice cream shops were closed the entire week. The heated swimming pool wasn't, it was freezing. The site is long so if your sited as far away as we were it's a good 10 minute walk to reception and the bars with a four year old.The arcade is predominantly "Tipping Point" style 2p machines and "grabbe
Quick problem solved with small caravan exchange for bigger one. Professional security - problem solved with danger guest.
Not enough parking spaces for gold caravans. Caravans bit dirty, no towels . Too much bingo instead nice party and entertainment for kids and adults.
Nice caravan site, entertainment, indoor swimming pool, very close to Rhyl town and beach
It was good, a bit small but we had a bronze, we would get a silver or gold if we came again. Clean caravan though so happy
Awful
It was small for a silver, went swimming it was unclean water and very cold Noisy site with very little for toddlersDo not recommend
How close everything is home and bargains morrisons train station to colwyn bay to go to the welsh mountain zoo had a great time
The facilities were great especially for young children.
No microwave, not lighter for the gas, the gas system is too old and I feel like it is not safe especially for those with little ones. The rooms were extremely small no bin bags, no bathroom mat. After the first day of arriving we had to go out for shopping for basic house hold stuffs which was annoying.
Park was clean and tidy staff were pleasant easy to get to places . Park was out of the way from other sites
Basic cooking facilities was not provided ie tin opener . A basic Sharpe was blunt bendy and not good . Shower had no shelves to put toiletries on and shower needed to be up for tall people I had to duck under to shower. There was not enough room to move in shower . Temperature in shower was luke warm and was unable to turn up higher
We like everything about it place was clean, staff was friendly, kids loved the pool and the food.
The bed was very comfortable
Expected the property to be bigger and found caravans too close together on site
Great for the kids, arcade, swimming, park etc, nice cafe, we went for the weekend and you don't have to leave the site.
Immaculately clean, loved the swimming pool my boy was in there for 3 hours
The late check in time! 4pm seems ridiculously lateDid not realise the bedroom had heaters under the wardrobes until the 2nd night a little leaflet on how to work the heating would be very useful
Great on site facilities! Lovely park, helpful staff and great location.
Leisure passes not included in the price & are quite expensive per person. No heating other than a fire in the bronze caravan.
It was was reasonable price for 4 of us. It was warm and clean and good location for Rhyl
No proper path so had to walk over wet grass carrying all belongings. No lamps only bright roof lights so fumbled into bed in the dark. Needed more cushions as seating was not supportive. First time ever we had to strip the beds before leaving. The bathroom was so small we had to sit on the toilet sideways being tall and had to keep blind closed cos window was directly opposite the toilet.
We were moved on the second night by a lovely lady at reception, as we had noisy neighbours the previous night, no fault of the park. Very clean, family enjoyed very much
First night we had very noisy neighbours but no fault of the park
Camp was clean club was good baths excellent
Beds were terrible sleeping on bed springs
