Room was clean & staff helpful

We had booked 2 club rooms. One was much larger than the other one . Plus did not have complimentary water or chocolate biscuits. Overpowering smell of fish & chips on the bar area .

Convenient for an event nearby.

The noise from pumps/generators below the room resulted in a really poor night’s sleep.

Pool area and sports bar

Room heating could be better. It warms up well but was cold when we first checked in.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable but lacked a mini bar. The restaurant’s food was very good, although had to wait a long time between ordering and arriving on table. The tables could’ve been attended to a bit quicker and wiped down. Menus were sticky and dirty. The reception staff should’ve explained the complicated layout of property as took us 15 mins to work out how to get to our room! Thought it was cheeky that had to pay for parking our car. Never experienced this before!

Restaurant area quite clinical and noisy

Great hotel, comfortable, room was perfect, great value for money, the spa was amazing. Staff were fantastic and always very helpful.

My only slightly minor thing was the breakfast, wasn’t great but wasn’t bad either, would have been better if we could different eggs (we saw someone else do this after we got ours but this wasn’t advertised anywhere), some of the meat was over cooked but it was editable.

Nice hotel, modern decor with good bar/restaurant.

Car park was very busy.

Staff were lovely.

Room 119. Soooo noisy. Its like a generator is outside the window. I had to be moved because of this. Room 304 lovely and quiet

Great location, rooms lovely and very clean.

The walls are so thin, there is no phone in the room to ring reception, the room next door had music blasting till 5am.Then the gym class the next morning had thumping music, we had about 1 hour sleep.The lady on reception didnt ask if we had a good stay

Location was perfect. Nice friendly vibe at the hotel. Loved the pool and swam twice, proper sized pool. Room had everything you could need. TV was huge! Shower was good and nice hot water.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom which is unusual. There is a badly placed mains switch by the door and I accidentally turned this off while looking for extractor fan switch. The TV then stopped working and I set hares running getting new batteries until the mistake was discovered!

Clean, warm, cozy

Clean and good value compared to TL and PI. Ideal location for visiting family with plenty of amenities in the hotel and surrounding area.

Bathroom was cold but clean.

Breakfast finished early. 9am which is so early for a hotel. Time wasn’t clear, even though it was on info placed in room that we found afterwards.

Very good rooms and comfortable , facilities in hotel are great .Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lighting in room was a bit dim.

Wish food service was available for breakfast and restaurant stayed open till 11pm at least.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, beds were clean and very comfortable.

Bathroom was slightly damaged with chips on paint on the bath. Very noisy guests in corridor late at night.

The restaurant food was excellent.

Whilst in the restaurant a person was vaping at the bar also there was some bad language right in front of the bar persons.
