It was very clean and had great staff members!

Close to shops, train station, taxis and weatherspoons. Lovely breakfast fresh and plenty. Friendly staff and clean a great shower nice to to have to climb in a bath to have a shower.

No water or biscuits lol

On entry place looks modern but featureless. No facilities in the room such as iron board hair dryer. Also two people in our room one set of towels. Should have to ask, silly things but important when your exhaust after a long day. Parking, what is it these days with every bit of space being charged for, UK seems the only country that charges the life out of you for everything. Needs to stop !

Nice room, comfy bed, good choice of pillows. Bathroom clean with basic toiletries and nice fluffy towels. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Nice helpful staff. Although it was by the railway station there was very little noise from the trains.

The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. Perfect stay for me and my daughter. Love the Dove free toiletries. All of the staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

The staff accommodated my request regarding staying on the top floor as I had an important exam the next day. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was good the next day.

I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the car park machine broke which meant you had to pay online. This in itself isn’t an issue but the website charged an additional administration charge for the payment which seems a bit ridiculous given it was the only way to pay at the time.

Easy to get too and navigate

Location (very close to train station). clean, spacious for one to two persons.

Same breakfast buffet, boring from second day onwards.Restaurant food menu is very limited.

Practical hotel, good location, good rates, friendly and helpful staff, good for a short stay.

Very friendly staff who are always willing to give helpful tips and advice to get you to places where you want to go and explore new areas. Hotel was near to the leisure centre and other places, the hotel was perfectly situated and very clean . Bed was very comfortable and we loved the food and other facilities very much and would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

There was nothing we did not like , we were just sad that the stay was not longer but we had to leave because of work and other stuff.

Good size and relatively modern room.Helpful staff.Plenty of parking on site.

Limited vegan options at breakfast.Noisy aircon when it turned itself on at 6 am. The aircon control panel had a very bright green LED which lit the room up at 6 am.Missing buttons in the elevators which made it tricky to select the floor.

Nice and clean hotel, kind staff, breakfast is served nice and early. Great location, the staff always happy to help.

Guests staying in the room above me were inconsiderably loud, this was brought to the hotel’s attention and this doesn’t reflect on the hotel itself but sometimes people really should be more considerate of others.

The hotels in this chain are fairly similar but the staff stood out here
