Pros +

Good location, very clean and tidy, great sea views. Breakfast extra if you want it, which is good as we dont usually eat breakfast. There is a lift but it doesnt go to the top floor, where we were. Parking is good around the back and up the road, not a lot of spaces but we were lucky.

Cons -

Room was very compact, so the bed was smaller than were used to. Bed was rather hard and couldnt stop roll together, so not very good nights sleep for both. Room was rather warm with no fan and a window that doesnt open much as we were on the top floor, even with the radiator turned off were hot in the night. Would suggest putting a hook and shelf or two in the shower room, no where to but dressing gown or any toiletries or even bath towels.
