Staff couldn¿t do enough. Very pleasant I deed

Very tired and needs renovation in the bar area. Damp on the ceiling and walls.

Breakfast, room and dinner were all great.Staff were very helpful and friendly.Room was clean and tidy, and just the job. Location was great.

friendly staff at reception and bar also at breakfast. Room very clean,bed very comfy, view from room (23) Quiet room. Good choice of evening meals and portions size was good. location was good not in the centre but close enough. Free Parking was fine at the rear

The stairs to the top of the hotel as no lift but that cant be helped was worth the climb as the rooms are very good

Staff are so professional and very friendly and happy to help you, even let us leave are luggage for the day while we went to saltburn before heading back home fantastic food and drinks and a pleasant stay all round ?

Great location on the sea front. New renovated room and on suite. Quiet and relaxing. Staff were fantastic, Breakfast was great.

Very comfortable newly refurbished room. Good food. Staff very friendly.

Warm was a little warm with no means to adjust temperature.

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable suite that was clean and had good facilities. We had a lovely sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall this was great value for money.

We were in the hotel annex. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well decorated. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was on the sea front, a short walk from the town centre and the fun part of the beach front. Beautiful views. Breakfast was lovely.

I had no time for breakfast, so missed it.

The car park area needs a bit of a make over...The rooms are really nice and modern though mine needed some airing out. The tiny window vents were shut

Breakfasts very good. The staff in the dining room very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

I was in the Annex and the doors slammed every time someone came in.This carried on until about one o'clock.In the bathroom no shaving mirror for a wet shave.No shelf in the shower for body wash etc.

Very nice location. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful this is a major plus point in my opinion. I would staff again and highly recommend.

Bit weird the room was in the house next day, but actually worked out brilliantly because it was quiet. Food was ok, but had worst.

Excellent and friendly staff, wonderful location (actually on the promenade), large comfortable room with really nice bathroom facilities, excellent (cooked to order) breakfast and enjoyable evening meals.Within easy walking distance of Redcar shopping centre.Really very little to complain about.

Personally, as I had to do quite a lot of paperwork whilst I was there, I would have liked the availability of a reading light, or possibly a more powerful bulb in the ceiling light.(...but to be fair we stayed for a pretty dark and miserable couple of days in February)

Great sea views. Clean, modern rooms, well decorated, very comfortable bed. Clean modern bathroom.

No mirror in bathroom, no hairdryer. Entry to room requires access through two doors both with keys. Room was ground floor overlooking the street, anyone walking past can see directly into the room despite net curtains.
