Beautiful location, excellent staff,could not do enough for us.Food choice is great and excellent value.

Staff polite and helpful Room was clean and tidy TV and brew kit complimentary water. Breakfast was great

Lamps didn't work in the room. Heating not on when I went to the room. Didn't sleep with the party right beside my room.

Lovely location and beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

The Girl on front desk was lovely I called in had a chat about putting balloon etc in my Grandma's room and that wasn't a problem she also sent them a wee dessert on the house for her birthday which they said was delicious thank you again forgot to get the girls name

The food was excellent. The room was very clean and suited our needs. We have been travelling in Ireland for two weeks and this stay was one of the hi-lights of our trip.

Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice to suit all tastes.The room where it was served was very pleasant, more intimate than the dining room. Much nicer than the dining room.The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Only problem we had was the room we were inseemed to be above the extractor fans. We couldnot open the window due to the smell which wasquite unpleasant. As it was only two nights it was bearable.

Staff were amazing, very pleasant, every one of them showed willingness to help and did their jobs with a smile on their faces. Had a beautiful meal in the restaurant (get the haddock and chips - it's incredible!)Breakfast was also lovely. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing i didn't like.

Location great right in middle of town took our grandkids away last year and they loved it and asked us to take them back.

Dinner and breakfast was 10/10. Staff and service was great.

Hotel was very loud with the bar being downstairs. Hotel is on the main road - if windows are open the noise is too loud, if window is closed room too warm. Chose specifically Sunday as stated there was no live music, but music is played late.

Had our daughter's 18th party in KA , a fantastic night , with excellent service all round , from floor staff , bar staff , doormen , and chefs ! The rooms are super comfy and spotless .. a fantastic evening , and enjoyable stay !

The staff very nice and helpful. The food was good. Wi-Fi good.

Hotel very run down. Small things in room. No fridge. Hairs on bed. Very stuffy. Had two windows but so noisy with traffic outside constant so you couldn’t really leave them open. Floors extremely creaky. There are two options for food. Bar or restaurant. Same menu. Terrible slow service the first night in the bar for food and drink. Second night completely different. Excellent service. Shout out to Killian the restaurant manager. He was brilliant.

Not a thing. It was perfect.

Staff were very good and went the extra mile. food was good and well prepared and served. Parking was good. Golf at Killkeel was good
