My room was spotless and inviting. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was amazing! There was a vegan menu and it didn't disappoint - superb! There were little sweets left Out for me and tea, coffee and oat milk.

The bath plug wouldn't come out which did stress me a bit. I didn't like having to leave the water in there. This is the only thing I have to say as everything else was perfect.

Our Sparkle day at the spa was very poorly managed. Improvements needed for larger group as the majority of our group arrived before 10..however it took 90 minutes of waiting, form filling in for all 9+2 and booking in of treatments...which in turn made some of my guests annoyed that they had to wait for others to add treatments whole still waiting to start their sparkle day...this meant our arrival breakfast treat of smoothie, yoghurt and croissant was served about 1130, which meant our lunch was served at 1230. All of us keft something at lunchtime, as we were all still a little full from breakfastMajority of my guests were disgruntled and rightfully annoyed about the 'checkin'time period and that the timings for lunch weren't appropriate for the size of our party

As a female travelling alone i felt very comfortable here from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.My room was perfect for 1, clean and with everything I needed. I had a lovely lunch in the bar and room service for dinner.Can't fault anything about my stay and would highly recommend.

Disappointed that the spa wasn’t included. Breakfast was expensive and a bit slow.

Accommodation, comfort, food.

Room service - due to a language issue. I had requested a a particular item but was presented with a whole meal.Away from that I was pleased with the overall service. Thak you.

It’s just excellent all round. The staff are ALL a credit to the hotel. Wonderful stay, won’t hesitate to stop there ahead.The general manager, on a very busy Saturday evening, went above and beyond any expected duties to help my daughter with her electric car issues. It was pouring down with rain and he put on a coat and went to the car park to help her. Just cannot express how grateful we were & his actions saved a lot of worry. A brilliant manager in many respects when watching him work in the hotel thereafter too.

The members of staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and the facilities were spotless. I requested for decorate to celebrate and the staff went beyond with this. I didn’t realise how lovely it would be until I got there.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the stay.

It all worked very well. There was a wedding on during our stay but was nicely self contained. All the public areas were nicely organised. Food, both in the restaurant and bar were excellent and good value. The thing that set this place apart was the welcome from the staff, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly. A special mention to Chris the Maitre D who was great over both nights of our stay.

My daugher and her boyfriend stayed from Friday 3rd for 2 nights. They said the food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the facilities were enjoyed. Located near the town, it was a lovely hotel and would definitely return.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived.My daughter was straightening her hair and set some sort of alarm off, reception rang up to make sure we were ok, I have never had that when staying in a hotel before, I thought it was great that they checked on us.Beautiful surroundings and very tidy.

That we couldn't use just the pool, you had to pay to use all of the facilities. We only wanted the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival, we had an upgraded room complimentary. The room was spacious, bed was comfy. We didn’t dine in the restaurant as we attended a wedding reception nearby. Next morning, breakfast (full English I went for) was very hot, fresh and tasted great. Various continental options alongside set out on table, the room carried on the characteristic of the hotel, very warm, great lighting and friendly feeling. The gardens are perfectly maintained and various spots to relax, enjoying the sun. We paid for 3 hours spa session, most say, it’s the best spa ever been too! Was amazing and felt great after a late evening.

The property was practically perfect in every way. If I was being critical (and this is picky sorry) the rooms to have bigger TVs in. With the spacious room, the small tv was almost lost on the wall.
