A genuinely good stay. Super helpful staff, freshly remodeled (late 2022), very clean rooms, comfortable beds, located a block from the train station with parking, lots of dining options within a couple blocks.

Clean room, comfy bed

Bathroom smelt very damp, noisy when other guests were moving around, breakfast was laughable. £175 for a room in Blackburn without breakfast was too much for what it is

The room was very noisy All be it accepted that it was on a busy road the sound proof was poor , not a good nights sleep unfortunately

Was disappointed that it was it was only halal meat and the breakfast room was cold and no serviettes were provided

A real shame because even though the one member of staff was very nice and helpful- this is not a 4 star hotel -I arrived at 8pm after travelling a long way for 7 hours,but there is no food available, no restaurant or bar. Many rooms seem to be occupied by people who live there rather than paying guests , which created a very strange atmosphere. Breakfast was awful.

location was perfect for our reason to stay and the hotel had been renovated in the past year and was lovely and clean with comfy beds.

room was very hot despite turning the radiator off and window doesn't open much to let air in.

I was helped to get my phone charged, as I had forgotten the wire and plug.

Wait for breakfast, I think I was the only one having breakfast, at £17.50 I an not surprised.

The property was beautifully maintained with immaculate rooms and tasteful décor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and sophisticated. The staff were attentive, polite, and ensured every detail was perfectly managed.

Good central hotel near to restaurants. Nice sized room - comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Well refurbished and still looking good. Staff very friendly. Parking easy and free - right in the middle of town. Good value for money on a Saturday night.

Rooms do transfer noise from one to another. So you can hear your neighbours talking and people using the bathroom as plumbing noise is heard.

Good locations, good size rooms and clean

It was a very clean spashus room with good facilities and an excellent reception.

Only issue was the floating toilet in the bathroom felt like it was going to snap off the wall when you sit on it we just used the public one down stairs when sitting was 100% needed

Easy to book and find and very convenient location right in the centre. Check in was easy and the room was very clean, warm and comfortable.

Traffic noise was quite loud but to be expected given the location

The hotel is close to the railway station, the bus station, the cathedral and the mall. Staff are friendly, room is spacious and clean (a big thank you to the staff for the free upgrade upon arrival) and breakfast is very nice.
