Clean hotel, free car park and friendly staff.

Bath too small to relax and enjoy (but great shower).Traffic noise is noticeable with a front bedroom.Emergency exit door at end corridor was banging late at night, which begs the question, why?

Clean, pleasant staff, comfortable, good value for money

The customer service stood out on arrival, check in was completed in a matter of minutes. The hotel is clearly cleaned to a high standard throughout.The breakfast was exceptional with a range of menu and generous portions for the full English! Again, very friendly and accommodating staff. A late check out facility is also available at a reasonable cost. The icing on the cake tho is the ready availability of De Sandro’s Italian restaurant on site- simply superb food and wine in such a vibrant atmosphere and again customer service second to none.

We found the briar court hotel very clean and presentable. room was clean, comfortable , staff were polite and helpful and as requested on the ground floor. i did notice that there were no where outside to put trash which i had removed from my car after traveling. the breakfast service was excellent, and the English breakfast was superb. we had no issues during our stay.

We were attending a wedding at Manor House and stayed here overnight. We found the room very clean and welcoming, with biscuits and hot chocolate sachets. We had breakfast the following morning, fantastic, and hot.If we were in this area again, I would definitely stay, and recommend it to others.

Fantastic breakfast. Being a coeliac was reassured by the gluten free breakfast. The bar was a nice touch. Nice to have a restaurant nearby that did gluten free. The dinner we had was brilliant.

To be picky the pillows were hard. Will bring my own next time.

A bit cold during the night

Breakfast was pefect,nice cold buffet, nice and hot and fresh cooked breakfast.

Nothing,it met all our needs.

Room was a bit small but very comfortable. Clean room in good condition. Had a room at the back which was quiet and peaceful. We slept very well, breakfast was brilliant with a great selection and excellent staff. Parking is also a bonus.

Only minor point is walls are a bit thin, could hear some noise from rooms either side of us.

Excellent facilities. Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed and en suite with good shower and bath. We ordered room service food from the Italian restaurant next door.

Very pleasant stay convenient for my visit to Huddersfield.

The only thing I would clarify is making coffee refils self sevice at breakfast. In fact many places are happy for beverages to all be self service with machines that offer a wider choice.

Everything really, staff welconing and did everything posdible to accomodate every need.Breakdast was amazing!Room was modern,clean and cosy!

Thete was nothing to dislike at all

Spotless hotel. Lovely room and the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in the area

Everything was excellent

It was lovely, we only stayed for the night. The room was spotless, it was cool in temperature when we walked in. Which we were able to turn up via the radiator. Excellent drinks tray available, lots of variety. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. Great portion sizes when we ordered room service.

Receptionist on my arrival very abrupt didn't say where dining room was or times didn't interact only to ask for signature .morning after just as rude so did complain to a lovely receptionist who couldn't do enough being polite costs nothing .

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and included great choices for a Coeliac. The breakfast room was light and spacious and nicely decorated and the staff especially friendly and helpful. We have stayed several times, we love it!

Can’t think of anything

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Sophie was charming, friendly and always smiling.. On arrival she made us sandwiches which were extremely good value for money. The excellent Italian restaurant a stones throw from the hotel

The only criticism I have is that the television in the room was very small and the volume limited lower than my phone.

Spotlessly clean, the staff from reception to waitress were professional, personable and highly efficient. The room excellent and the wide choice of breakfast fare a delight. Everything freshly cooked and perfectly served. Cannot find any fault to report
