OYO The Croppers Arms

Good location, spacious room

We booked a double room but when we checked in it was 2 single, the owner said it was due to an issue with OYO, and because all other rooms were booked out we couldn’t have an option to change. There was a big draft coming from the bathroom window which meant the room was cold and the bathroom was really cold

Clean, quiet and cozy

Pub & staff friendly

Room full of dust. Radiator covered in fluff & dust hanging from the ceiling which we cleared ourselves. Room was freezing cold throughout the night.

No breakfast available, but was recommended a nearby cafe which did a good breakfast.

It was a bit chilly at night, some heating in the room would have been nice

Great staff . Good foodNice room

Comfortable beds, good location and friendly staff. Highly recommended value accommodation for the area.

the facilities met our requirements for a one night stay

Breakfast was not available, no hair dryer

Nothing because it was closed when we arrived!

We arrived at the property and it was closed! Tried multiple times with OYO to get a refund but the croppers arms won't get back to them regarding the booking to issue a refund. Its been 4 weeks now and im still no further forward with them. Id avoid this property incase this situation ever happens to someone else!

nothing - the hotel had closed down but they took my money and confirmed the booking the day before

we travelled 140 miles for my sons graduation to find the hotel had closed down - OVO company very unhelpful - absolutely disgraceful and soooo stressful

This property is closed - our reservation was cancelled on the day of arrival 30 June and we are now trying to get a refund would recommend you stay elsewhereI can't believe it is still showing availability

It was easy to park in the empty carpark.

Difficult to say as we were unable to enter as the building was clearly closed and not open.

The staff were lovely. The food was delicious. The bed was very comfortable

The room was dirty. Dust on the blinds, mold in the wardrobe and pubic hair down the toilet. There were stains on the cushion covers

Didn't do breakfast which was a bit of a surprise to us,as mostly all places do,traffic was a problem noisey most of the time even though their was screens in place to stop the noise of passing traffic, woke mostly 5am as traffic got busy from then onwards, but that can't be helped!! Shops very close which was a bonus.

If breakfast menu was available would have been nice wouldn't have to leave frist thing in the morning to get it.

Hosts and staff very helpful and friendly despite being a pub it was very quiet at night

Wi-Fi was very poor kept buffering but was given password to another WiFi as needed to be contactable as husband in nearby hospital.

Welcoming staff on arrival.Clean room, all the facilities you need for a short stay.Bus stop in front of the pub.Private entrance to bedrooms

?

Comfortable and clean with parking.

No breakfast but we knew that.

Location is ok

Got no sleep due to an alarm going off 4 out of the 5 night stay. I raised the problem with staff but nothing was remedied. This property is advertised as a hotel but there are no hotel facilities and no staff on duty throughout the night.I will not be returning to this accommodation

Comfy beds, clean room, parking Noisy generator or fan that kicked in regularly all night was not so good, thank goodness for ear plugs

There is free parking available, it was a convenient location for my visit. The room was clean, warm and comfortable, with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. No breakfast but there are several cafes close by and a reasonable size Coop opposite.
