Good location for me. Good facilities

Getting a bit rough round the edges. I was informed a refurbishment soon.

Good location, easy check in and friendly staff.

Uncomfortable bed made with flat sheets that didn’t stay on base. Main light in bedroom switch broken so didn’t operate. Very noisy air conditioning units outside bedroom window. Wouldn’t stay again.

The stay was good,bed comfortable but abit run down in rooms. Could be more help when checking in and out.

Breakfast was not the best my partners sausage was burned and bacon looked hardly cooked and fatty.

Bit tired and the planes from Manchester Airport could be heard landing and raking off.

I booked the room for my brother, the staff were excellent with him he was on top of the world when I picked him up.

Good parking and Health Spa available.

Sound proofing between the bedroom and rooms below.

Excellent location facilities & food

The room we stayed in (304) was in need of a ceiling light we found it quite dark, but the room itself was spotless

Great bar and brilliant staff Breakfast is great

Bar is rowdy and kids running everywhere

Staff where pleasant and dealt with changing my room efficiently and quickly and where most helpful with any questions I asked. Front of house were always polite and quick to ask if we needed any assistance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The price point of the room £85 it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast and add a cook buffet breakfast for extra. Room needed some finishing touches ie the door frame where the locks have been changed needs attention and the metal bar on the black out blinds need to change as it knocks constantly on the wall if the window is open so had to keep it closed. Lighting is not adequate for the whole room - 3 side lights in the room with one on the table that even when adjusted didn't fully work. When I had a shower there was water leaking on the floor but no clue where it came from so maybe that should look at (226). Bed was very comfortable but ask housekeeping to check sheets more thoroughly as mine had what looked like a cigarette burn size hole in it.

Had all the amenities we needed. Ideal location.

Stains on the bed sheets. Ripped carpet near the bed.Dirty bathroim.Loud banging of doors all night.Draught from windows.

Location and the fact that there's a pool n a gym on site.

Room needs more lights.

It had a Starbucks and the bar had a nice big TV.

The white bed sheets weee stained with people sweat by the yellowing on it and needs to be binned.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was so good and tasty

Hand wash by the sink in our room was empty and the body wash in the shower was also empty

I paid £10 for the room to be decorated as it was my kids birthday. There was only 2 tiny balloons. The kids loved it but i thought a banner wouldn't have gone a miss. Other than that it was great

The location was great, room was cold when we first went in it, breakfast was good, parking was great, staff friendly, room clean.

Make sure the room is warm in the winter before a customer arrives.Having a receptionist at the front desk is definitely a must, customer service has to be good!!....greeted by a friendly face is very important!!.
