The hotel was clean & modern & we enjoyed our stay although it was a little expensive .

Our room was a little cold & the heat g system was a little complicated , it took us some time to get it working .

the roof was a bit too low that my son had to be careful not to hurt himself. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.

We understood that parking was free and were unaware that payment was required. We were therefore surprised when we were informed that parking charges applied and paid £20 at that time. We believed this had resolved the matter.After returning home, we were shocked to receive a £100 parking charge notice. We had travelled to Manchester to attend the funeral of a very close family member, which was already an extremely emotional and difficult time for us. Receiving this penalty afterwards caused additional stress and anxiety at a particularly vulnerable time.

Lovely quiet location and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful

Bar staff were also on reception so had to ring them for slow service…understaffed in the evening.

Not cleaned well, rubbish from previous people left. Attic room with hardly any good lighting in the evenings. No lift so have to carry luggage up the stairs.

Nice clean and warm room. Good shower.

Loved the comfort of the bed and pillows, hit the bed and was knocked out after a very tiring day . Loved the strong shower, brought me back to earth.

Noisy people in the corridors who do not care or have concern for others well being

Rooms was not clean, communal areas very dated and rooms not sound proof, kept hearing another guest cough extremely Loudly. They was on another floor! The room was really unclean with dust in the air you could see with the lights on, there was rubbish in my Bin including wraps of tinfoil around it, this concerned me hugely as it implies drug use.

Room and beds were lovely and comfortable.. hotel exceptionally clean, staff lovely and friendly and breakfast was delicious and all fresh..

I liked the welcome I had from a young guy at reception, really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Very clean and cosy

The beds are very uncomfortable, they need to be softer. It’s honestly like sleeping on a plank of wood, my hips the following day were complete pain.

How friendly staff and hotel was, great food, amazing location. Also had a lovely Starbucks inside which was lovely to be waking upto n when this wasnt available due to us been unaware staff gave use complimentary coffee whist putting the machine on for use two morning running on request! Room was clean, beds were comfy couldnt fault anything, would definitely stay again.

My Friday breakfast was refused that I should pay an extra £12 pounds again. I was not happy so I left without breakfast on Friday. It was one of your staff who checked me in on Thursday afternoon thanks

The venue and food was excellent

Booked standard queen room and was given accessible room which was clean and bigger but not what I booked . The bathroom was designed for a person with disabilities which I'm not and couldn't have a shower because the water was cold so we checked out early which was very disappointing. Told reception and he was very apologetic.Unfortunately this did ruin our stay.

Tv with no remote, beds very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a plank of wood.

The English breakfast, the "stale" bacon was tough, too long under heat. Even the Sunday "fried on order" wasn't fresh, or didn't taste fresh. And no crusty bread rolls.

It's quite new and clean. Staff are nice and friendly.

The parking is free but quite limited. We checked in late and have to park off the slots (after they said it's okay).

The suite we stayed in was lovely and the hotel is very nice and well presented.

We requested another pillow as the pillows were not very supportive and I have a back condition. This meant I struggled to sleep during my stay. We were told that we would have to pay for another pillow. In any other hotel I have stayed in, there have always been spare pillows available either in the room or by request. As we had already paid a £50 deposit ( which I am still waiting to go back into my bank) I thought it was slightly unreasonable to then ask us to pay for the use of another pillow. Other than this, the hotel was clean, tidy and fairly modern and well looked after. The bar area was also nice, as was the breakfast.
