- Room was clean
Cons -
- Nothing not to like
- We walked in, men drinking in the entrance, smell of smoke. It was okay for a nights stay but I didn't feel very safe. My daughter said she saw people smoking inside the entrance way.
- The bathroom was dated. The bath had black stains inside and the sink had mould around it. The bed rattled when you moved in it and the blinds where old and dirty

It reminds me a bit of a hostel but its a great hotel for the price, basic but clean. Beds were quite comfy but frames need replacing as springs are sagging. Toiletries and hairdryer supplied. It does food and has a bar but never used these facilities. A wee bit noise in corridor just put a towel behind door and it was fine. Smoking shelter and free parking
Location
Room 325 shouldn’t be let out, the room took 6 hours to warm up, it took 2 hours between flushes for the toilet, I had the water running for 30 minutes to have a shower and the water didn’t even start to get warm so I couldn’t shower and my daughter couldn’t even wash her hair, and the bathroom needs a heater as it was like walking in to a freezer.
The friendly staff. They were helpful when we had a need and polite.
The cleanliness was not good, it was dusty, towels/bedding smelt like cigarettes. Mattresses were hard and tough to sleep on. An extremely minimal room with no bedside tables.
Good Location. Near to Oldham town centre
Cleaning issues. Bathroom dirty, broken tabs and walls were soo bad. Beds were 25 years old, duvet was nt able to use, looks never washed, carpet smells discusting. Room smells like a bar floor never washed. Room heater was nt working and they even didnt gave me any replacement. Recepinist told me we dont have any spare and room service people will come and check in the morning. No one came and next day asked still same answer from another satff member. Mattress were very old and not able to sleep, springs were printed on my back. Hotle staff was very rude just because this hotel is used for local councils to stay homeless and refugee people. Worst ever experince of my life. Some authorities must visit this miserable place called hotel.
Clean and comfortable..staff do there best to help situations out …friendly people
Room was a little cold ….it got a little noisy with people shouting and banging doors but apart from that the place is very nice
Cheap and basic
Room heating poor
I booked this as a last minute hotel for somewhere reasonable to stay whilst my son attended a sporting event. You literally get what you pay for. Room was clean, warm and spacious and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Beds were actually really comfortable.
Location for where I needed was great, however there wasn’t too much around in terms of restaurant or entertainment, however there were plenty of fast food places, a great one called Fry’d right next door.
Exceptional for the price , extra large bed double bed , Beautiful spacious room , Annex window view from the window was of Manchester iconic skyline , fresh towels and toiletries. Selection of condiments and what you didn't have all you had to do was ask the staff ,both night and Day staff ,polite and friendly., late check out 11am . Staff

Late check out
Got our room double booked so we had to walk in on few teenagers n felt very embarrassed n stupid n annoyed that was our room but staff don’t know what each other doingAlso they need new beading n better heatingAlso not really appealing to walk in with a child to the smell of weed or be awaken to knocking n no double glazed windows so heard everything
The room was very smelly, they didn't hoover the carpets and changed the towel and bedding for 3 days
Nothing. I will never ever recommend
Good breakfast
Thee room design short stay
I like the location The staff are wonderful and very helpful The rooms are clean and comfortable
It seems to be quite a noisy hotel Guests don’t seem to have much respect for other people sleeping . The walls seem to be very thin and you can hear everything in the next room
Room, Bed and Cleanliness - All Good
Noisy Neighbours
Close to town centre
Hot water tap and TV still temperamental
bath taps were dirty the shower was old and very poor flow. The skirting was coming away from the wall in the bathroomThe sink was cracked. The table in bedroom was chippedApparently it is being refurbished bit by bit. Shame that I got the wrong 'bit'.
