Mercure Northampton

The hotel was stunning inside and the breakfast was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a top class hotel while also being close to the bus and train station

Location was good and modern

The room was really cold! The fire alarm went off at 2 am and our neighbours started playing music at 4am

Staff were so welcoming and very professional. Nothing seemed like a chore to them.The lighting in the bathroom was amazing. The beds were very comfy.

The room i was staying in. The carpet was being dirty and stained. The shower, due to it being a wall fall head, the glass wasnt big enough so the water soaked the bathroom floor.

Friendly welcoming staff. Close to city centre and parking was easy to navigate.

If they had a better selection of their breakfast menu. I would have had breakfast at the hotel. Instead I chose to go to an eatery.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Easy walk from train station. Excellent breakfast options.

Would have a greater choice of vegetarian options on bar menu if I'm being picky! I enjoyed the veggie burger.

The carpet needs a hoover. 2 spoons for tea and coffee would be good.

Carpet stained, grubby. Pillow to soft, didn't sleep well, Room 501 . Breakfast good.

Paying for parking in hotel carpark, more expensive than council carpark Close by.

Great standard of room and general finish to the property.

We had a couple of beers at the bar, and all the different draughts we tried tasted & smelt like the lines needed cleaning. Bar and service were otherwise pleasant though (I stuck to bottled beers)

Location for us was perfect. Hotel so clean far exceeded expectations in all areas. Good food options. Breakast very goodWould definately reccomend this hotel and use again no question

Everything fantastic

Rooms were clean and comfortable with ample extras. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent choices.

Poor menue choices for evening meal. Had to eat in bar. Had to pay £10.00 for blue badge parking. Room tab limit too low. Was not told about room tab limit when I checked in. Only had £15.00 of drinks and a letter telling me I had gone over my limit was pushed under my door.

Great location central for all requirements football, Rugby, and theatre

Clean and friendly atmosphere

We were rudely awoken by water pouring through the ceiling and had to leave our room before 7am as the bed was soaked. We have videos of how bad it was
