nice large room. when we booked in we were told on first floor and no lift. We did not realise and I have mobility issues. The receptionist changed us to ground floor. room warm, very clena, big bed!. good en suite.

only that there was no ift but if we stay again we would requesst ground floor

Pillows were awful

Gym was v coldLighting in room frustrating - millions of lamps that each need turning on/off. V minor, I know, but it would be so much easier if there was a main light that was sufficient to light the whole room

Room nicely decorated, quality bedding. Provided the extra bedding I had requested.

Bathrooms need updating

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Layout is good. Beds comfy. Restaurant good choices for all tastes, including an understanding of allergies and intolerances.

Delta housekeeping is only every three days. I would have like to have been told on arrival, as I expected towels, mugs and glasses to be replaced.

Good location for work trip, WiFi worked, friendly staff

Room could have been warmer or a thicker duvet / spare blanket. Also some bottled water.

New bar food menu was good.

I stay here a lot but was put in the basement next to staircase. Quite noisy and basement is not nice.

The room was really nice. It was in a quiet location with lots of parking. There was a gym and the restaurant was very smart. Staff friendly.

One very small issue was waiting nearly an hour for burger and chips in the restaurant.

Not much

Check in staff rude, not customer friendly or helpful. After a 4.5 hr travel in the snow arrived to get room service only to find they had decided to close it an hour earlier & there were no facilities. No empathy, apology or effort to help. Door in room would not lock easily. Room smelt musty

Clean and great facility

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with friendly, lovely staff on hand to help and take your eggs order! But mostly all the staff were so helpful, from the moment we checked in to leaving. Thank you for a great service.

Very quiet and clean. Restaurant food lovely. Very polite staff and happy. Room adequate. Love the USB charger on the bedside lamp.

Bed was lumpy, worn id guess. Also not that warm, no extra bedding anywhere to add to bed. Price of breakfast too expensive to have each day.

Clean, spacious, big tv good amenities! Would be nice for option for Netflix on tv!

The snacks were quite expensive for what they were. I feel like if they were more affordable we would have spent more but £2.50 for a pack of crisps was more expensive than London where we live!!

Both plug broken ans doesn't fit properly. Handles etc around the bath were v rusty
