Bed bugs in my bed. I have proof of this. I did not find just one but I found several…
Very much what I expected, and therefore satisfactory. The proprietor was very helpful, as my husband has mobility limitations.
Couldn't get the shower to work properly.
Very friendly, helpful owner. Good secure parking. Walking distance to town.

Worst hotel I ever stayed...
It was smelly, cramped, dirty toilet leaked. Bed listed to one side.Terrible experience
I liked that the room was spacious and clean.
was too noisy in my room due to busy road outside.
Customer service was excellentThe room was descent
Not even a breakfast was provided
The ONLY thing that was good about this place is it’s location because it’s really near the town centre.
When I arrived I was greeted at the door by a man I assumed was the manager. There was no reception so he handled my checking in process in the hallway. After that he then proceeded to show me my room, the room had a very weird smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom. You couldn’t even air the room out because the window handle was broken. Also the smoke alarm had been covered up with tape. God forbid if there was a fire you would have no way of escape. The wall by the bed was dirty and there was graffiti on the door. I was a bit apprehensive to get into the bed because the sheets didn’t look clean so I just slept in my clothes on top of the quilt. Also there wasn’t any heating in the room and it was so cold I had to sleep with my coat on! I also had to put a towel over my face to try and stop that smell because it became unbearable. This is all after I managed to get into the actual building.I arrived back after my night out to find another guest outside desperate to get in because the digital keypad wasn’t working. I asked if he had rang the “manager” he said he had but there was no answer. I then tried the keypad myself and had the same result. I then rang the “manager” myself and there wasn’t any answer. There isn’t ANY staff at this place so if there’s any issues you might as well forget about it. Anyway after about 45 min and ringing the “manager” several times (with no answer) the keypad suddenly lights up and we manage to get into the building. This is absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed at. If there was a minus rating for this place I would definitely give it one. To charge £49 a night to stay at this place is extortion to say the least. It also seems to have people actually living at this place.Anyone that is considering staying here I highly recommend you don’t. You’ve been warned!
It was within walking distance to relative.
The room was clean and comfortable enough.
Parking once I found the hotel was good. Checking was fine and the owner/manager was very welcoming.
Unfortunately, going to the room was up a very narrow steep staircase and the room itself was entered by a normal door with a single key lock. The room was clean and spacious but very cold, looking out onto a main road that was noisy. There was a loose floorboard that sunk if you happened to tread on it. There was a double and a single bed but none of it was anything like the picture on the website which looked more like a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge. The bathroom was extremely cold with no heating at all so it was not a pleasant experience showering. There were coffee making facilities and a Microwave and the bed was comfortable. I was up every early and left without using the bathroom as it was far too cold and wanted to head home a.s.a.p. The entrance is via a very dangerous set of steps through a gate up to the entrance, it would be impossible for anyone with any mobility issues to actually enter the building and once inside would not be able to get to the rooms as there is no left and jua=st very narrow and steep stairs.
Coded door to get into grafton rooms.Clean bedding and towels.
Very noisy road.
The owner was very nice and friendly. The bedside lamp with a cat on is cool
The bathroom smelled of Mould and had mildew stains and broken tiles. The window blind was all broken; the double glazing is very leaky and so the sound of traffic on the huge road outside was easily heard.
the bed....
leaky kettle, milk was off, chest of drawers was not clean,
the owner gave my elderly relative a ground floor room without being asked
A liitle tlc on some rooms
The owner was great nothing was too much trouble a very friendly guy, location was good for us close to centre of town. Everything was very clean.
Some of the room's could do with a little tlc, its clear that a revamp of many areas was underway.
The owner is so friendly, really made us welcome and asked how our days had been when he saw us. The location was perfect for us as we were staying for Silverstone F1, it was 5 mins from the Park & Ride car park which made our travelling to the track each day so easy.
The building does need updating, maybe a refresh of carpet, paint etc but it was fine for what we needed (sleep and a nice hot shower each day)
Bedding was clean and host was courteous. Nothing else ! Milk supplied for teas but was rancid !!!!
Run down area, difficult to find, room only measured 3 metres x 3 metres. Bathroom was disgraceful with damp growth all over the ceiling and walls. Cost us £225 normal price £77 ! Photos attached.
No breakfast room alright host friendly
To near the road not very clean but alright did not replace milk for second night but it was not that bad good car park
