Staff excellent. Incredibly responsive. They are a treasure

Height of bathtub a danger. Short time until someone gets seriously injured.or worse .

Customers service was the best. We were served by a lady who even showed us where the best food outlets were after their kitchen was closed. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is very clean. Front desk staff, housekeepers were very friendly

They need to start stocking face towels and our room 122 did not have a refrigerator for the first two days of our stay. We had to drink warm drinks while it was 25 degrees outside. I did not complain because eventually they brought us a fridge.

Clean, spacious and well presented. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing. A big thank you to Sandra and Becky I'm the restaurant for being so helpful and friendly. Superb service.

Bit too near the M1 but it wasn't noisy inside the hotel luckily.

Nice place to stay

It's a shame you had to pay for parking..The hotel charged me twice for parking they thought i had two cars when i only had one.. The bar prices were a bit pricey.. £7..for a beer.. Not good £5.50..would be nice.. Could do with more staff there the staff did well but it looked like they were overworked..

The reception staff were excellent and were operating at a standard far higher than expected! Special mention to Andrada!! The hotel is child friendly, the room was fine, the restaurant produced perfectly fine food for my party and the breakfast was a very good start to the day! I will be returning whenever we have nearby events to attend.

It’s accessibility to where I needed to attend. Lovely hotel really spacious, clean staff were excellent. Even down to the little touches of things that you may have forgotten to pack etc face wipes, toiletries.

There were noisy guest above us with children running around in their room late at night ! Not your fault and wouldn't stop us from staying again..

Room size was amazing - however could do with more heating as 1 wall heater was not enough but staff brought us an extra heater which made a huge difference.

Room felt cold at night and heating swtiched off as on timer which was disappointing

The staff were excellent. Despite only starting one night we managed to have a number of issues from a sick child to a mixup about when breakfast finished serving. In all cases the staff were accommodating and helpful, sorting out our issues with no fuss and going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed so we could have a relaxing stay.

Nothing really. It was what you hope a hotel will be like - clean, comfortable and friendly.

I was over charged by over double the original cost, the charge just said misc and the staff could not explain or advise what this was for they just apologised and then sent me a different invoice and claimed they had stopped the additional charges, this is not the case money has been taken and not refunded

The hotel was clean and the room all the amenities' I needed. The breakfast contained a good range of items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I ate in the bar in the evening and the food was average.

The staff, room, room service, breakfast and bar were all great!

There wasnt anything that I didnt like.

The bed was very hard. £4 for a can of coke or water is too much.

Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Pillows were lovely.
