The Langham Hotel

It was a nice place to go for the weekend as it got me away from the place and apartment that I can't wait to leave from.The staff were very friendly and helpful also.

I couldn't long on to the WiFi even though I tried to long on to it with the password provided but couldn't. But never mind.

Value for money aka cheap

Access has massive potholes, limited parking space, needs repairing and redecorating

The driveway to the hotel has got to be the worse road I have ever driven on pot holes that would swallow your car (I’m not joking) I had to drive at 1mph

Lovely welcome from the owners. Breakfast is always above and beyond. Cereal, juice, tea/coffee, toast, fry up ( good quality bacon, sausage, egg, beans ect ) or options of mixing things up. If you want everything on the menu then you can!Rooms.The rooms are warm, clean and spacious. Yes, they are dated but who cares. I would be more bothered if I didn't have a wardrobe to put my things rather than the furniture being the wrong colour or not matching the theme of the room.WiFi.The WiFi worked fine for us.The TV worked fine.The room was lovely and warm ( which helped because it was cold ).The owners took note of my special request of a low floor too.I was so impressed that we brought the owners a tub of chocolates.They work really hard to make sure things are to the best of their ability and we think they do a darn good job of this.Instead of people picking fault they should praise these owners as everything they do they do for their guests!The price for the stay is always a bonus.

The path to the carpark is not great and luckily i didn't have to use it this time.The temperature of the shower was too hot. You can not adjust it.

The breakfast was great value for money.Spot on with everything at breakfast

No towels couldn't track down a member of staff to get any.very hot couldn't open the window as there was a table and ash tray directly outside our window and people talking and smoking till late night and very early morning the aroma of smoke made my Mrs vomit therefore she couldn't manage any breakfast.

Location and you have everything that you need

Maybe my standard of cleaning is very high but the bathroom wasn't clean , it had humidities and I could see on the furniture stains of drinks from the previous guests

Very friendly staff, comfortable room and bed decent facilities and very nice breakfast. Very competitive pricing and only a short walk to a variety of food outlets and the town.

It was within distance to the venue for a charity event that I was attending. The room was comfortable and clean.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

Breakfast: Free of charge and included a cooked breakfast, which was a nice touch and good value.Room: Spacious, warm, and clean with fresh bedding. Overall comfortable for a short stay.Bed: Comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep.Location: Conveniently located not far from the town centre. I stayed here while attending a training course, and it was well placed for that purpose.

While the stay was comfortable, the property would really benefit from some updating. The carpets and walls throughout are quite worn, and a refresh would significantly improve the experience. Increasing the price slightly to allow for redecoration could be worthwhile.

Great location, clean breakfast was good

I didn't like the fact that the kettle tray and tea stuff was on the same table as the TV, right in front of the TV, blocking the TV's view.

Hardest working brothers in northampton if not doing breakfast then cleaning or mending ,had a nice stay (26 nights) ,very good value and although place has seen better days it was warm and comfortable and homely will book again when needed

Private car park.

Dated,smelled musty,not enough towels,had to ask, items on the breakfast menu were missing, sheets very thin as was the duvet. Fire alarm outside the room ,wires shown.
