The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The large shower was great too.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed

Super comfy beds and friendly staff. Didn't know they were pet friendly which is a huge bonus.

I paid for breakfast on my package and asked for room service. They were not able to do that for me.

Nothing, I got there for a late check in and no one was at the property to help me check in even if I asked in advance if I can have a late check in so I end up looking for a different place to stay at midnight which was horrible

The location, ambience, the hotel view and surroundings are great. The breakfast options is good + the rooms were cozy and had both air condition and heating system.

Too many doors accessing the room. It is a bit distraction while carrying food. Air condition remote was not working, but it is fine as the room was having good temperature.

Easy access from the highway. Had a restaurant so we checked-in after a 23-hour flight from Australia. Ate there and slept there.

Just a hotel / motel by the road. Serves a purpose.

Room was nice - simple but clean.

Heater did not work and it was VERY cold. Also TV would not work and the receptionist came 2 times to fix it. If you turned it off, it would not work again. The hotel gave us a 50% refund for the issues.

The bed and pillows were first rate, comfiest bed I been in when staying at a hotel

Everything suited my needs. Didn't have the breakfast as I had to leave at 6.30am. Maybe look into starting breakfast at 6am, even if it's just the continental breakfast to start. I'm sure a lot of business people would use it, especially contractors like myself.

Waited 1 hour for coffees to room after being up all night due to atmosphere of hotelParty on until 2am and people shouting drunk outside window and in hotel scaring us and young childrenDidn’t sleep all night and 4 hour drive home! the property had a great location

when we arrived we were allocated a room where the key did not work. the staff fixed the key so we went back upstairs to the same room and opened the door. it was somebody else’s room with their belongings inside. we had little babies and felt extremely unsafe for not only our safety but our belongings also. we slept with a mug on the door handle as we feared somebody would walk into our room. what if the guests were in the room as we entered? anything could’ve been going on in there and our babies would’ve seen that. the staff apologised and gave us a new room but it didn’t diminish the fear whatsoever. furthermore, we all squished into one bed because the sofa bed was like sleeping on a rock/ spring.

Large comfortable room with Air conditioning. Good car parking. Excellent location. Delicious varied breakfast.

Had to push luggage trolley ourselves as there were no staff available. A fridge in the room would have been handy.

Friendly staff. Plenty of food choices for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of drinks options in room.

Bit tired looking corridors and rooms.Room service ordering sticker/qr code not obvious.Not prewarned of function onsite - extremely loud and raucous, some loud outbursts in corridors that scared the children. Congregation of smoking at entrance doors was unpleasant to walk through.

It was like staying at Fawlty Towers

They had a maintenance issue and disconnected the water in the morning. Having no running water I attempeted to call reception using the phone in the room, only to find the cord that connected the reciever was unattaced and broken. After getting dressed and going downstairs to tell them their was no water, I was shocked to find out that they knew about it already and simply told me to wait 20 minutes. They eventually said it was restored, but neglected to tell me it was only the cold water that was now working. After a freezing cold shower I returned to reception only to eventually be offered a 10% discount on my booking, which I have still not recieved as I was billed in advance. The above is only one issue. In addition to there were issues at check-in and I was left waiting at reception for 30 minutes until they could check me in. Whilst staying I also ordered a meal and glass of wine to my room. A corked vinegary glass of wine was delivered to my room without food as they had misplaced my food order. Eventually the meal was delivered 30 minutes later, it was cold and had obviously been left standing for the whole time.If all that wasn't bad enough, the air-conditioning unit in the room was faulty and only blew out cold air whatever temperature it was set to. To compensate for this they left a retro plug in heater in the room that had only one temperature setting (scorching hot).

The staff are very pleasant and polite The food was amazing, compliments to the chef.The chicken rice bowl was delicious

The Staff were amazing - reception, bar and restaurant staff and kitchen..all of them were kind, friendly and really helped us with warming up food and making us very welcome.

Nothing. As it was a Easter weekend it was unusually busy and at times a bit loud but didn't really disturb us that much.

The hotel room was the same as all those budget hotels. Room was clean enough. Staff was friendly and polite.

We did not have hot water in the morning to shower and receptionist briefly apologized as he already knew about the issue and didn't suggest a solution or an alternative room to shower.
