    Pros +

    • The bed was comfy.
    • This hotel should not be available on Booking.com
    • The room itself was ok the bathroom was good but did have two issues. The radiator didn't work and the little heater they had in the room didn't heat up that much so the room remained cold and I couldn't fall asleep at all the first night and the second night I couldn't fall asleep until 5am-6am because it was cold and then had to check out between 10am-11am

    Cons -

    • The reception staff were not very accommodating. We booked this hotel as it was accessible for disabled people but the lift was out of order, they couldn't get a room on ground floor, so my partner who has a broken foot was made to shuffle up 16 stairs on his bottom. There was a woman who was an amputee in wheelchair and she had to shuffle up too. Absolutely disgusting! They didn't make anybody aware otherwise I could have booked a different hotel. The staff were smirking and very patronizing and found them very rude! I will never stay there again! The room was not very good, the handle was broken on the bathroom door so couldn't have any privacy. There were hairs all over sink and toilet also there was used plaster/bandaid stuck to bathroom floor The bed was comfy but the windows were painted shut but even though they provided a fan, it was still very hot in room
    • This hotel is not fit for purpose. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment. Lifts not working: exposed plaster: worn carpets etc.
    • Broken stuff like windows , shelf and more stuff

    Location, friendly staff, bar.

    Did the job!

    2NaomiiPosted on: 3-16-2025

Hideous staff. Stole my money and all passed the buck to someone who conveniently wasn't on shift until later every time I called.

    Mainly the staff.

No food being served in middle of renovations

Room could if been cleaner, but bedding was clean that was something

Room was in a poor state of repair..curtains had mould stains, mould in corner of room, bathroom radiator broke exposing wires, window in bathroom crackedHallway leading to room in need of repair..lift out of order

Overall it was ok, it has the basics and for a couple nights it did the job.

The bathroom door didn’t have the handle on the inside and questionable stains all up the wall. If it had a deep clean it would have have been really nice.

    3ErzsebetPosted on: 2-25-2025

At first glance it looked good, but we hadn't even gotten to the room yet. It's close to the city center where we were planning to spend the weekend, that's all

I would like to point out that the cleaning is a bit cruel. The walls are dilapidated, the tiles and grout are dirty. I didn't have a toilet brush. The bathroom door handle is missing from the inside. dirty glass dirty spoon what is in the glass the diet of the previous occupant food on the spoon. Just checking 102 room .

It was cheap and cheerful, just somewhere to put your head

The heating didn't work, room was cold, door did not lock properly, a view of the carpark. The staff didn't appear to car too much. The hotel has lots of damage to walls, worn carpets, random smells. Would have been nice in its hey day.

    Smiling staffs and good location

Very dirty, carpet smells so bad, mattress smells of mould, no service Phone to call reception, restaurant closed for over a month, Walls very dirty on hallways, overall very poor.

Absolutely nothing, I walked in and then walked out. I will never walk again. Its like walking into absolutely run down hotel that needs some serious attention, care and refurbishment.

Everything and everywhere I see. www.booking.com must remove this hotel from their website. I learn, don't trust everything that you see on this website www.booking.com.

    8JuliePosted on: 2-19-2025

Exactly what you would expect for the price. Great value for money.

Bathroom door handle needs a repair, extractor fan not working. Two screw holes in need of poly filler and paint. Nothing to detract fromComfort but aesthetically unpleasing and would only take one hour to fix.

    4GarvinPosted on: 2-6-2025

Location.was good. However, a number of woerd interactions with non hotel guess trying to enter the hotel.

No break fast or food facilities. The room had a number of marks on the floor and walls. When arriving late at night you've got to walk down the alley to the front as the rear door is closed and doesn't open with room fob.

    5RobertPosted on: 2-5-2025

    There was breakfast provided.

The carpet was not clean properly. The walls of the room need painting. The curtains could not closed properly. The wash basin filty.

    Leaving

People staying there were being loud all night . Door didn’t lock and I was alone . Felt rather u easy in there

Nothing, the place was so dirty leaking everywhere.

Everything, the Mattress was stained so bad and the duvet was smelling so bad

    10WendyPosted on: 1-7-2025

The help I received from staff when I couldn't find the remote to put the TV on, the receptionist was happy to help me.

I think they need much more disabled facilities too much stairs to walk up,the lift
