Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton

I stayed in the family room, which was very spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. I would like to stay again in the warmer months.

The lift didn't work. The door handle on the bathroom in the other room was broken on the outside. The seal in the shower looked black in parts like mould, it would be good for it to be changed.The breakfast was (fruits, juice, and pastries) were always either finished or very low, and you always have to ask for more. I feel that the levels should be kept an eye on and stocked up when needed. In on of the rooms the phone wasn't working things like this should be regularly checked.

The pool was lovely and so was the sauna and steam room

No windows in our room the bed was extremely uncomfortable the heat in the room turned on and off on its own the food was under cooked then they tired to scam us by over charging for drinks a member of staff told me there's no manager and that everyone is a manager and the WiFi and signal is beyond terrible would nor recommend they also add extra charges on when u get there not a good expirace at all

Very friendly and helpful staff, parking perfect, WiFi good. Room was small but satisfactory for one night. Warm and comfortable, lovely soaps in bathroom.

Room was a bit rough around the edges. Not able to open windows. Mould in bathroom. Unusual sink water pressure meant for a wet floor and wafting smell of smoke and W from what was presumably the staff smoking area below. No dressing gowns. One side light out next to bed. TV was a little tough to work. We could hear every word the neighbours spoke as if they were in our room.

Hotel it’s self is beautiful and the spa area is nice

Unfortunately bedroom 25 is freezing cold to point we was shivering and couldn’t get comfortable, would never stop in that room again

I liked the layout of the place good location good size carparkStaff were great on board with everything also I liked the way they handled a wedding venue defo book again

Staircase was bit hard with luggage but its grade 2 building cant be done the staff were helpful

The hotel was well appointed and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and solved my issue promptly and to my satisfaction. The dinner was very good and well worth the money

Unfortunately the toilet in the first room was not clean but a new room was provided promptly so all was well.

The only slight criticism was the mattress but the bed was massive and we soon got used to it

Spa and pool was excellent

They don't have WiFi. They have but is not working,when you connect with Tv or phone say is connected but Internet is not working when call the reception they told connect with your personal Internet do mobile hospot!

The staff were friendly.

There so many video cameras in car park. It was 8:30 pm at night cold raining. At 8:35pm they gave me a fine. From them and from the car rental.its such shame in England how these people are alone to do that to people get away with. It be last time I ever go back there. The rooms were not clean they didn’t smell clean. They were very cold. None of the radiators worked there was brown marks all on the ceilings in the bathroom. Just poor management.

Heating was broken so room was very cold when we arrived. They left a heater which helped but we were still cold and they were unable to provide another. Breakfast was average at best.

The room was nice and clean and was able 2 use the spa facilities

The food in the restaurant was quiet expensive

I did ask for an omelette but the one the member of staff was saying to charge extra for that. I did pay for my breakfast.Why charge for the omelette. I think it is not fair.

The room was not clean and there were hairy hairy bobbles left in the shower upon arrival and the dinner was not nice either

The location was good for my intended purpose and the stuff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good only if more fruit variety was available.

Cleanliness of the communal areas especially stairs to the bedrooms and rooms needs to be looked at.And I felt like the bedsheets on my bed had not been changed from the previous user , but I was too tired to ask for fresh bedsheets and so just lied on my big scarf.

The evening meal on both nights was not great.Chicken burger was not good at all, and the pizza seemed liked a frozen one from Iceland. First night also took about 45mins to an hour to arrive, and I was not the only one .

Rooms were clean

Poor, staff nowhere to be seen, unhelpful. Hotel has a spa this is over 18 even though I was told I could take my daughter when I enquired when doing the original booking. Dinner the food was nice, the service was shocking
