Pros +

The price, the location, the ease of booking the room.

Cons -

The room was never cleaned during our stay; the bin wasn't emptied, so we left three full plastic bags of rubbish behind when we left. The cups for tea and coffee were never cleaned or replaced, and we had to ask reception for extra toilet roll.
Really dirty- big hair clogs in the drain and the carpets were visibly filthy.
Everything was not alright
