Tv didn¿t work, super loud next to the bus station, especially at late night.

They are scamming people. They didn't let me check. Because I went late.

Even the manager of this assaulted me.

Was close to shops so you can buy anything

Noise, the blinds are incomplete. No curtains the room is bright 24hrs

Incredibly close to all transport hubs, shops, etc. Clean, compact. Friendly staff.

Bit of a surpirise to be asked for a cash deposit on arrival. Curtains could have been more substantial.

I like the location. Because it’s near the bus station, railway stations and town.

It’s not well maintained, the washbasin was broken and the door of the bathroom was also broken

I will never stay there again.

Everything else. There is no reception. You have to go to convience store around the corner and then pay a deposit on a room I already paid. The location was not safe. Curtains missing from window in bedroom. Heard all the noises from outside. The place felt dirty.

No breakfast

As soon as you walk in the property you can smell weed it’s our second visit at the property the tv not working the property no coffee no sugar no milk all the windows blinds don’t close no room service like staying at the hotel for five days no fresh towels no shower gel or shampoo the shower head. Leaking at the side needs replaceing the price what I paid for five days cost me 275 pounds very disappointed never again

Proximity and quiet and soacious not too expensive

Bright Street liight outside bedroom window disturbed my sleep.Room needs a roller blind as well as verticals.Bathroom smelt of tobacco.Fan did not work.No spoon in kitchen no hangers for clothes no bedside light.... Owner DEMANDED A £50 deposit in cash with poor hand written receipt.I think was a break in contract.The owner returned the £50 as I left without checking the room so the deposit was pointless.Wolverhampton needs better accomodation.

Very very bad service not customer helpline no any reception available, They provide one number that power off we come from London and we paid already

Windows wouldn't shut properly living area was a bit shabby. Could do with updating.

Not the cleanest of hotels unfortunately. Staff were polite. To be asked for a £50 deposit was not ideal, however it was returned.

Good location

They gave us a room when we arrived but when my wife switched the light she got shocked her hand there is electricity problem which is very risky for us after they changed for us the room,but we ar not satisfied that was a life risk

Person dealing with our booking couldn't speak on the fone and told us to text. In the end they found us another room at another hotel (the connaught) as I explained it was was far from suitable for our needs. (Run down and dirty.) At the connaught we did not have any towels in the room.

We checked in only to find a used condom over the top of the tv remote. The tv cable had been cut from the mains and still plugged in so it was live. There were punch holes in the door and wardrobe. Mould everywhere in the kitchen and the tap to the sink was broken, so struggled to turn it on or off. The laminated floor had gaps in and light fitting hanging off the ceiling, blinds were broken and missing slats so had no privacy as could see right into the bus station and they could most definitely see us in the bathroom and same in bedroom so no privacy at all.

A nightmare. I was charged cash for deposit without notice and host wanted impose me check out time saying i couldn't leave the time I wanted

Paid like a 4 stars hotel and the apartment is 1 star. Never again

It was close to where we were going.

The rooms were shabby. The tv didn't work, not that we were bothered but still. Not many kitchen utensils. Scuffed walls. Loose carpet on the stairs, which was dangerous.

Very clean and warm happy with the price and staff was very helpful would recommend

Unsafe, the fire alarm went off a 12.45 no came when I rang the telephone number to turn it off or even check on it , I actually turned it off myself being in security , other wise we would have been out there all night , or got no sleep , during the early hours of the morning I decided to go out , but on the stair case blocking the door lay a female , I had to push her legs out of the way , and wake her up to back sure she was OK, she hadn't been spiked , or raped , her being there also a danger if there had been a fire blocking the way out ,there was mould in the bathroom which was a bit of a health hazard as my partner is asmatic , the sound of a leak in the room all night long , the heating went off during the night no extra blankets and a light weight duvet only , the table underneath the TV was fit for the bin , one cup only , yes the bed was clean but the beding was inadequate , most of all the durty of care and safe being of it's customers was most neglectful , and frankly very worrying , I wouldn't call it a hotel because they provided a service I wouldn't even call it a hostel either , the young man in the shop acts as a recipientnest clearly only when the shop is open , and actually has no idea of what' he has to do , a most unsettling night and a nightmare
