Bar there , breakfast £11 veggie sausage and hash brown beans mushroom for breakfast very very comfy bed and in soundproof room and was nice and quiet

Bedroom felt dated and worn ready for a refresh

The staff were very helpful, happyand do anything for you. The rooms were excellent and the very clean . The breakfast was beautiful. Perfectly cooked buffet breakfast. Great choice of cereas etc. And tea and coffee. Would highly reccomend.

There was nothing i didnt like.

Lovely room, very clean & had everything we needed. Great TV, both bath & shower for a relaxing soak, comfortable bed. .Separate toilet was useful.

Plug socket on both sides of bed would have been useful.

We stay there regularly and enjoyed it Booked another twice this year at this hotel.

In room 251 heater was not working properly

The room itself was fine, but we experienced administrative issues during our stay.I had prepaid via Booking.com and showed my confirmation to the staff. They were eventually able to see the booking in their system, but initially said they had not received notification, which caused delays and duplicate pending charges that had to be resolved at check-out.My booking also clearly included breakfast, yet I had to show my confirmation email before this was acknowledged.As we were travelling with children and arranging last-minute accommodation late at night, these delays were frustrating and affected our tight schedule the next morning

Filthy carpet, filthy rooms, spiders everywhere.

The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient.

The room was a little cold and the aircon didn’t seem to work properly. The slight frosting on the windows in the restaurant made the view blurry and made us feel a little sick!

The staff were lovely, the breakfest was excellent and parking right by the hotel

Nice bar area, staff were friendly. Steaks were ok.

Had a couple of steaks in the restaurant that were a bit tough

The staff were really friendly. The room was a good size. The food was excellent.

The decor was a little bit dated.

Decor very old needs an upgrading, no usb or c sockets.

Central location with parking, nice ambient atmosphere, drinks not over inflated prices

Food in the restaurant was average at best. Although I booked breakfast I didn’t turn up.

Close to Railway station and Molineux,clean tidy hotel and friendly staff

The location was perfect for our venue wee where attending only 5 minutes away and area was just nice and quite and shopping near by was lovely

The check in process was fast and easy. My room was ready early. The room was spacious and relaxing.

The woman on the front desk was absolutely lovely one of the best customer employee interactions ive had in hospitality. Even after we came to her with a problem it was swiftly sorted for us. The bar was nice and had good beer on taps but annoying wasnt able to buy another beer at 11pm.

When we arrived the sofa bed was not set up which was fine i was more than happy to do that however there was no bed sheets or pillows in the room so it was a minor inconvenience.
