Pros +
- I really enjoyed a real bath!
- Lovely little hotel, spotlessly clean! ? Super value for a 3 star facility bearing in mind its very reasonably priced, the bed was just as comfortable as 4* star hotels if not better. Really impressed with how the room & bathroom was. The staff went over & beyond both in reception & especially at breakfast which was amazing. Will be staying again when travelling as the parking was free & accessible to the main road.
- the property was nice and clean they staff was nice and friendly
Cons -
- the attached pub (same owners) did not offer their own-produced beers and the last call for supper orders was missed (8pm) because of lack of information in the accomodation
- WiFi was not great was a bit slow
- You really should remove your advertisement that you sell real ale. Your app clearly shows real ale list and can actually be ordered from the app. but you dont sell real ale. this was a big dissapointment and the thing that made it worse was the fact that your prices for industrial example Carling and Moretti were very expensive.Other than the hotel overall being dated we in fact got a quite nice room unlike some other reviews and wwere wuite content there for 4 nights.Be aware locatio is not near a town or city but there is a 25 minute bus ride to preston city.None of the above that we didnt like can take away from the staff throughout the hotel and pub, they were fantastic, friendly and professional throughout our stay and 4 brekfasts

staff were great, I really hope they are paid well because they deserve it. Calm professional demeanour from all staff.Bus to city just across the road as is a service station shop and coffee shop. Room was fine a little dated but very clean and comfortable. shower and toilet were clean and well ventilated. Car park was one reason we stayed here. no problem finding a parking space.Brekfast was good and brekfast service was very professional. brekfast literally cooked to order.Bar / pub onsite for those who like normal industrial beer, however we were attracted to this hotel to drink cask ale / real ale as its a green king brewery owned hotel you can imagine our dissapointment to find no real ale in a brewery owned pub in fact not even a selection of Green King beers at all. Overall we had a nice stay for the price the hotel is a little dated and clearly needs investment in the facility to bring it into the modern age.

brekfast great great staff and cooked to order. see my other review because I stayed 2 x 2 nights
no real ale. see my other review.
Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Next to a pub and opposite a Morrisons store for supplies.
Arrived at 8.00. No staff to be found in hotel block. Had booked table for food online at 8.30. Told that they close kitchen at 8.00 so no food available. Rooms OK though block a bit past it's best with some smell of damp in corridor. They use same bleach cleaner to clean bathroom as in pub toilets so it smells aggressively hygienic.
Stayed over with family for a wedding at Bartle Hall. We booked a family room but the children beds were rather uncomfortable. The hotel is overall looking rather tired but great for a cheap one night stay.
Comfy beds, clean room. Helpful receptionist.
Good location, big car park, friendly personal.
A bad phone signal in that area, and provided Wi-Fi is not working.
Location with ease of access to motorways and towns we wished to visit
Certain areas of the property need an upgrade but rooms were clean and tidy
The Manager gave full refund for food when I complained.
The food.
Clean room with fresh clean bedding and towels.
Showers. Please sort the shower situation out.
Nice to have a bar so close, further from M6 than we thought.Hotel clean but tired.
A basic room but good value for one night. Easy to find and pub next door for dinner / breakfast . 24hr check in was helpful.
Staff were all cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath!
No complaints at all.
Good size room, comfy big bed, pub next door serving decent food, great prices. Breakfast was good. No issues with WiFi - actually, had to sign in every time after you’d put the phone down but that’s a minor inconvenience. Would stay again.Shower pressure very weak,
Hotel was nice and clean and the staff where friendlyUnfortunately the staff in the bar at breakfast let it down. They where rude and rushed us and the food was cold or microwaved
Lovely comfy bed and quiet room, friendly staff
Not enough tea and coffee, bath enamel damaged and rusty, light shade missing
Convenient location. Good value. Friendly staff
Excellent value for money. Clean and comfy, breakfast was superb.
