Good location

Staff not interacting properly. First of all hardly get to see them. One billing issue I had it took several messages & mails to five solution. Staff needs to be trained and made to listen to Customers

Central location but not a great street next to a condemned church. Quiet though!

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay

Great comms lovely clean apartment with a nice homely feel and amazing comfy bed - right in centre of town but when inside could have been in a country boutique hotel Received a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated

I opened the door to find a cosy room with a lit Christmas tree & a glowing fire . Lovely comfortable bed Spotless bathroom. a good selection of hot drinks milk & water in the fridge .

We had submitted the booking for 3 people meaning we needed to use the sofa bed, but there were no spare lining or duvet provided for this, ended up sleeping on the pull out mattress with my coat over me

Absolutely spotless,smelt lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy and the whole apartment warm and cosy. Close to the train station,shops and restaurants

The room was too small (polo) no one to help u with anything it’s a (help ur self hotel) I didn’t like that and I couldn’t understand how there isn’t even a reception and it’s 5 stars

We had train issues and booked this last minute as it was just around the corner. Great location and excellent staff.

We were upgraded to the Fairytale room- the room is lovely and spacious. It has everything you need- mini kitchen, nice bathroom, lounge area with smart tv. Great little place to stay.

location was fab, room was spacious and very pretty, a jar of sweets was a very nice touch and having a little kitchenette was fab!

room got a bit stuffy as no windows etc i could open / i got too hot at night

Excellent, was very nice smell as you walk through entrance, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and warm.

Parking was advertised as free parking but upon arrival have to use a car park 5 mins walk at a cost of £10
