Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was awful. Felt like sleeping on a trampoline it bounced so much every time we moved.

Large, clean room.

Window seal was broken so traffic noise all night.

The light covers were all ripped apart and there were dents in the bathroom wall

The check in was quick and efficient. The room was larger than expected with a nice armchair to watch the TV. The beds were comfy and there were the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The ensuite was adequate with plenty of toiletries. Braekfat was buffet style with plenty of choice. There is plenty of free parking.

The room was cold when we arrived but I managed to work the thermostat and it was then fine.

Breakfast was OK, cooked breakfast was just warm, drinks were good, coisants etc were greatEvening meal was disgusting and inedible.Lasagne was cheap mince, small amount of pasta in the middle of the dish and a rediculous ly large amount of cheese sauce. No tomato, garlic or seasoning. Burger was so hard round the edges it made the plate ring when my daughter hit it with the burger, middle of burger was dryService was none existantDo not use the cafe in an evening!

We have Stayed at a few hotels in the South preston ares and keep coming back to the holiday inn express South preston as its the best one we've stayed at its value for money the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always very clean and the breakfast is really good

Room was extremely clean and very warm which was very important for us as travelling with our baby . Very big room and cot was provided

The Holiday Inn was very welcoming and clean. The gentleman at the counter said that two coach liads were sraying. He suggested waiting to 09:30 for breakfast to avoid the rush.The canteen was spotless and the food was exceptional.

As someone travelling with a dog it is often hard to find dog friendly accomodation. The Holiday Inn hotels are amazing and I very much look forward to staying at their places. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the facilities were lovely. Well done Holiday Inn and thank you

Location was ideal for a stopover from Scotland to the Cotswolds. The room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel used for long-term guests. The room needed a deep clean. Weed was being smoked in the rooms and could be smelt in the corridors.
