Great location

Could not get any sleep due to noise from people in next room and staff couldnt do anything about it which was upsetting

Location.Late checkout. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

Bed was uncomfortable.The duvet was very thin an 3 pillows for 2 people.

Room wasn’t ready until 1.5 hours after check in which delayed our plans, was told room was ready and it was a special room which is why check in was delayed, when arrived in room cleaner was inside the room, the room was dated compared to pictures i had seen, lights on bed didnt work, phone charger socket on left side of bed didnt work and only 1 set of towels provided

The Staff were lovely. Very helpful and welcoming. Brilliant nice to see.Bedrooms were superb. Food was excellent and hot.Very clean.

Need more EV charging points.At the Spa more seating.

From check-in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold options, and the team working that morning were incredibly attentive - clearing finished plates promptly and ensuring tables were cleaned & ready for the next guests without delay. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, just off the motorway and within easy reach of shops and restaurants.

In our room, the curtains were stained, the bathtub had visible dirt, and several surfaces were dusty. There were also plates, bottles, glasses etc. left all evening and overnight along all the corridors leading up to our room. These were not a massive issue for us, but worth noting.

Very clean with exceptional staff. In particular, Paul provided the warmest welcome and, in our opinion, a huge asset to the team.

It was very clean and modern, for valentines we were greeted with rose petals on the bed

It was a little cold I found the building and the jacuzzi was cold

Clean and roomy with excellent standards of decoration with comfortable furniture and good quality throughout

The sink pipe was slow to drain but this did not affect the cleanliness of the bathroom also as we had two double beds with our 20 year old daughter with us another cup for tea/ coffee would have helped

Location, nice and quiet, big hotel which has a nice feel to it.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Handy for motorway. Bus stop right outside the gates.

Made the mistake of parking my car for two days under the only winter tree with leaves. The birds made a fine mess! Was cold during the first night until I worked out the heating. Maybe duvet a bit thin .

The tv was broke the girl on reception asked me to pull the plug out and back in so had to move the furniture still didnt work 2 members of staff came and said I shouldn't of moved the furniture . Wire was exposed from the areal. Tv never worked again only in 1 channel , didnt go back as the kids were ready to go asleep

A big thanks to all the staff who, as a solo traveller, made my stay so pleasant. Especially Rita and Martha on Reception. Rita could see that I was disabled and even carried my heavy case to my room. Incredible! This place is modern, yet classy and extremely well managed. Wonderful room. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely hotel - quiet area even though it’s close to motorway. Rooms spacious. Nice pool. Loads of choice for breakfast

Bar staff were a bit slow but pleasant. Cooked breakfast items a bit cold.

Great location

Hotel seemed cold , food was very poor in the restaurant I’m afraid . I dropped something on the bedroom floor and whilst finding it I noticed under the bed was rather dusty / dirty

Communication wasn't great about how payment would be taken or how the spa facilities can be used. Like were towels provided, there was next to none instructions on how to use the lockers and a lot of them didn't workI had lipstick on my glass in the roomWe were going to order food from the QR code to our room but couldn't figure out how to order pizza. So we went down to the bar. Ordered drinks and got told that someone would come to the table to take our food order, no one came so went up to the bar to order. Disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't in working order, I pacifically looked for a hotel with one.

Ordered pizza from room service only to get a call ten minutes later to say they didn’t have any, also the girl that checked me out was a bit rude and uninterested.
